溫拌施工高性能瀝青混合料性能研究

【摘要】:瀝青路面以其良好的路用性能而備受青睞,目前我國(guó)大部分路面均采用瀝青路面。然而隨著瀝青路面大范圍推廣應(yīng)用,其諸多弊端也不斷顯現(xiàn)出來(lái)。隨著瀝青溫拌技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和完善,正逐漸改善瀝青路面所存在的諸多缺陷。工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明,目前所廣泛采用的溫拌技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品仍然存在不足;诖,本次研究選用PRI公司生產(chǎn)新型低溫施工高性能添加劑(PR LT)作為試驗(yàn)研究對(duì)象,主要研究該添加劑對(duì)瀝青混合料路用性能的影響效果,為該產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用提供理論參考。首先,采用SGC旋轉(zhuǎn)壓實(shí)試驗(yàn),以體積指標(biāo)為控制指標(biāo),確定了PR LT溫拌基質(zhì)瀝青混合料和PR LT溫拌SBS瀝青混合料的拌和與壓實(shí)溫度,并與Sasobit、Aspha-Min以及HH-XⅡ型溫拌劑的降溫效果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,結(jié)果顯示,PR LT的降溫效果最明顯,約降低25℃左右;通過(guò)室內(nèi)模擬攤鋪和壓實(shí)過(guò)程,建立了溫度-時(shí)間曲線,分析了PR LT瀝青混合料的有效壓實(shí)時(shí)間,結(jié)果表明,PR LT可有效延長(zhǎng)瀝青混合料的有效壓實(shí)時(shí)間。其次,依據(jù)不同摻量PR LT對(duì)SBS瀝青混合料路用性能的影響效果,確定出該添加劑的最佳摻量;與其他三種溫拌劑的路用性能進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,結(jié)果顯示,PR LT低溫穩(wěn)定性和水穩(wěn)定性改善效果明顯,而高溫穩(wěn)定性最差;將PR LT對(duì)基質(zhì)瀝青混合料和改性瀝青混合料路用性能的改善效果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,結(jié)果表明,兩種瀝青混合料的水穩(wěn)定性提高幅度基本相同,SBS瀝青混合料低溫穩(wěn)定性的提高幅度優(yōu)于基質(zhì)瀝青混合料,而基質(zhì)瀝青混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性改善效果遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)優(yōu)于SBS瀝青混合料。再次,以漢堡車轍儀加載系統(tǒng)為平臺(tái),通過(guò)成型合理大小和厚度的試件進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),評(píng)價(jià)溫度、水、加載頻率、荷載、水-溫度耦合以及水-荷載耦合環(huán)境對(duì)瀝青混合料抗車轍性能的影響,結(jié)果表明,高溫、水、荷載和加載頻率均對(duì)車轍的發(fā)生和發(fā)展有顯著影響,且水-溫度耦合作用和水-荷載耦合作用進(jìn)一步加劇了車轍的發(fā)生和發(fā)展。同時(shí)將PR LT與JL-PM01A和PR PLASTS抗車轍劑的抗車轍效果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,結(jié)果顯示,PR LT可達(dá)到與國(guó)產(chǎn)JL-PM01A抗車轍劑相同的改善效果。最后,借鑒工程經(jīng)驗(yàn),歸納總結(jié)了PR LT溫拌施工的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),同時(shí)對(duì)PR LT溫拌瀝青混合料的施工便利性和節(jié)能減排等社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益進(jìn)行綜合分析。
[Abstract]:Asphalt pavement is very popular for its good road performance. At present, most of the pavement in China use asphalt pavement. However, with the extensive application of asphalt pavement. With the continuous development and improvement of asphalt warm mixing technology, the defects of asphalt pavement are gradually improved. Engineering experience shows that. At present, the widely used warm mixing technology and products are still inadequate. Based on this, PRI company is selected to produce a new low temperature construction high performance additive (LTPR) as the experimental research object. This paper mainly studies the effect of the additive on the pavement performance of asphalt mixture, and provides a theoretical reference for the application of the product. Firstly, the SGC rotary compaction test is adopted, and the volume index is taken as the control index.
