節(jié)段拼裝雙柱式墩橋梁抗震性能及設(shè)計(jì)方法研究

【摘要】:隨著城市化進(jìn)程的加快,發(fā)展高架快速路構(gòu)建多元化城市交通空間,并采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化預(yù)制化施工已成為一種趨勢(shì)。節(jié)段拼裝式橋墩以其施工方法具有節(jié)能環(huán)保、質(zhì)量可靠、安全快捷、對(duì)交通干擾小等優(yōu)點(diǎn)在各種梁橋中得到了越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用。已有關(guān)于節(jié)段拼裝式橋墩的研究多只針對(duì)墩柱單個(gè)試件的抗震性能,且實(shí)際應(yīng)用工程亦多建造于低烈度區(qū);隨著節(jié)段拼裝技術(shù)向高地震危險(xiǎn)地區(qū)的發(fā)展,如何分析橋梁橋墩地震需求,如何區(qū)分干接縫拼裝橋墩與整體澆筑墩抗震性能差異,如何評(píng)價(jià)節(jié)段拼裝墩高架橋的抗震性能、減隔震措施應(yīng)用效果,如何進(jìn)行節(jié)段拼裝墩高架橋的抗震設(shè)計(jì)等,是當(dāng)前亟需解決的問(wèn)題。因此,本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)、資料分析梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了適用于節(jié)段拼裝橋墩地震需求的設(shè)計(jì)原理,采用纖維模型和非線性時(shí)程分析方法,研究了橋梁中節(jié)段拼裝單墩擬延性、橋梁縱、橫向地震響應(yīng)和減隔震支座的設(shè)置原則、結(jié)構(gòu)擬延性的適宜參數(shù)等,基于橋梁延性抗震和減隔震設(shè)計(jì)方法,形成了節(jié)段拼裝墩橋梁的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)通過(guò)對(duì)節(jié)段拼裝橋墩抗震理論研究成果的歸納分析,結(jié)合對(duì)橋梁減隔震的基本理論、材料本構(gòu)關(guān)系等的深入分析,確定了采用纖維模型法模擬墩柱構(gòu)件、非線性時(shí)程分析法進(jìn)行橋梁體系地震響應(yīng)分析的研究方法;基于Open SEES纖維模型分析方法,將干接縫拼裝式橋墩數(shù)值分析結(jié)果與已有的研究試驗(yàn)成果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了模擬方法的正確性,為節(jié)段拼裝墩抗震性能和設(shè)計(jì)方法研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。(2)從單墩構(gòu)件的角度,基于擬靜力試驗(yàn)和纖維模型數(shù)值方法,研究了實(shí)橋工程節(jié)段拼裝單墩構(gòu)件的擬延性特性,對(duì)比分析了與相同構(gòu)造的現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土單墩構(gòu)件擬延性特性的異同。(3)從單墩構(gòu)件的角度,針對(duì)城市高架橋預(yù)應(yīng)力節(jié)段拼裝墩的預(yù)應(yīng)力大小、通過(guò)接縫配筋率、墩柱長(zhǎng)細(xì)比、軸壓比等因素進(jìn)行了參數(shù)化研究,揭示了城市高架節(jié)段拼裝墩柱的抗震特性。(4)從橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)體系的角度,基于減隔震設(shè)計(jì)理念、纖維模型法、非線性時(shí)程分析方法,在縱向、橫向地震作用下對(duì)比分析整孔預(yù)制箱梁城市高架橋中節(jié)段拼裝墩與現(xiàn)澆墩墩的地震響應(yīng),研究了在不同工況下減隔震措施的減震應(yīng)用效果、減隔震支座設(shè)置和參數(shù)選擇原則,分析了不同地震烈度、橋梁跨數(shù)等參數(shù)對(duì)橋梁延性抗震性能的影響,得到了節(jié)段拼裝墩橋梁體系中減隔震措施適應(yīng)效果及減隔震措施設(shè)置原則,可為類(lèi)似工程提供參考借鑒。(5)以滿足橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)體系地震需求為目標(biāo),基于纖維模型法、非線性時(shí)程分析方法,分別在縱向、橫向地震作用下,以節(jié)段拼裝墩整孔預(yù)制箱梁城市高架橋?yàn)檠芯繉?duì)象,探討了節(jié)段拼裝墩城市高架橋設(shè)置配套減隔震措施后結(jié)構(gòu)抗震適宜參數(shù)。(6)以拓展節(jié)段拼裝橋墩應(yīng)用范圍為目的,在橋梁的節(jié)段拼裝墩抗震性能、橋梁縱橫向地震響應(yīng)和減隔震支座的設(shè)置方法、結(jié)構(gòu)抗震的適宜參數(shù)等研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合現(xiàn)行規(guī)范的規(guī)定,形成了節(jié)段拼裝墩橋梁的抗震設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)策;以節(jié)段拼裝橋墩裂縫性能為指標(biāo),建立了節(jié)段拼裝墩城市高架橋梁性能設(shè)計(jì)方法及設(shè)計(jì)流程,可為高震區(qū)工程應(yīng)用提供技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:With the city to speed up the process of development, building a diversified city elevated expressway traffic space, and the use of standardized prefabricated construction has become a trend. The segmental type pier with its construction method with energy conservation and environmental protection, reliable quality, safe and fast, application of the advantages of small traffic interference has been more and more in all kinds of bridges widely. Research on segmental type pier has been more than just for a single column pier specimen seismicperformance, and practical application also built in low intensity region; with the development of assembly technology segment to the area of high seismic risk, how to bridge pier seismic demand analysis, how to distinguish the differences of dry joint assembly and pier overall pouring pier seismic performance, how to evaluate the seismic performance of precast segmental bridge pier, reducing the application effect of isolation measures, how to carry out the segmental pier viaduct bridge seismic design, when The problem to be solved. Therefore, based on the related literature at home and abroad, on the basis of data analysis, the design principle for the analysis of segmental bridge pier seismic demand, history analysis method of the fiber model and the nonlinear time of bridge segmental quasi single pier ductility, bridge longitudinal, setting the principle of lateral seismic response and isolation bearing structure, the ductility of the quasi optimal parameters, ductility based seismic design method of seismic mitigation and isolation, forming a seismic design method of assembly bridge pier section. The main contents are as follows: (1) based on the segmental pier seismic theory research summary and analysis of the basic theory the combination of seismic isolation and reduction, in-depth analysis of the material constitutive relations, determine the simulation component of pier by fiber model method, the nonlinear time history analysis method to carry on the research analysis of the seismic response of bridge system SEES; Open analysis method based on fiber model, the numerical analysis of joint assembled piers with the existing test results were compared and analyzed, to verify the correctness of the simulation method, for segmental pier seismic performance and design method of the foundation. (2) from the single pier component angle, pseudo static experimental and numerical methods based on fiber model, quasi ductile characteristics of the bridge engineering precast segmental single pier component, compared with the same structure of cast-in-place reinforced concrete single pier ductility characteristics of quasi component differences. (3) from the angle of single pier structure, the size of city viaduct for prestressed prestressed segment the assembly of the pier, the pier joint reinforcement ratio, slenderness ratio, axial compression ratio and other factors on the parametric study, reveals the city viaduct segmental pier seismic characteristics. (4) from the bridge structure system perspective, based on seismic isolation The design concept, fiber model method, nonlinear time history analysis method, comparative analysis in the longitudinal, lateral seismic section of hole precast box girder viaduct in the city assembled piers and cast-in-place pier seismic response effect of seismic application of seismic isolation measures in different conditions, the principle of setting and parameter reduction isolation, analysis of different seismic intensity, the number of bridge span influence parameters on the seismic performance of bridge ductility, the seismic isolation measures of segmental bridge pier system adapt to the effect and principle of setting isolation measures, it can provide a reference for the similar project. (5) to meet the bridge structure seismic needs as the goal. The fiber model method based on nonlinear time history analysis method, respectively, in the longitudinal and transverse earthquake, the entire precasting box segmental city viaduct pier girder as the research object, discusses the segmental City High Pier Bridge set supporting structure's seismic isolation measures appropriate parameters. (6) to expand the scope of application of segmental bridge column for the purpose of the segmental bridge pier seismic performance of bridges, vertical and horizontal setting method of seismic response and seismic isolation bearing, the suitable parameters on the basis of research results, combined with the provisions of the current specification the formation of the seismic design of bridge pier segment erection countermeasures; the segmental pier crack performance index established elevated bridge performance design method and design process of assembling City Pier segment for high seismic zone engineering should be used to provide technical support.
