【摘要】：卡車(chē)載重限值標(biāo)準(zhǔn)直接影響實(shí)際汽車(chē)荷載水平及其分布特性以及橋梁等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的服役性能。為分析中小跨徑橋梁的卡車(chē)載重限值問(wèn)題,該文首先基于可靠度理論建立卡車(chē)載重限值分析模型;其次,基于長(zhǎng)期記錄的WIM(Weigh in Motion)數(shù)據(jù)分析我國(guó)典型公路路段卡車(chē)荷載特性并確定需要進(jìn)行載重限值研究的重載卡車(chē)車(chē)型,并根據(jù)我國(guó)當(dāng)前中小跨徑橋梁建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀選擇對(duì)卡車(chē)載重限值起控制作用的橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)類(lèi)型;最后,建立結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵截面抗彎功能函數(shù),選擇多層次目標(biāo)可靠指標(biāo),對(duì)各類(lèi)型卡車(chē)的載重限值進(jìn)行反向迭代分析,基于分析結(jié)果分別討論目標(biāo)可靠指標(biāo)、區(qū)域荷載特性對(duì)卡車(chē)載重限值的影響,以及現(xiàn)行公路治超標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)中小跨徑橋梁車(chē)輛限載的適用性。分析結(jié)果顯示:各類(lèi)型卡車(chē)載重限值隨著目標(biāo)可靠指標(biāo)的增大有明顯線(xiàn)性下降趨勢(shì);區(qū)域卡車(chē)荷載特性的差異對(duì)卡車(chē)載重限值有著不可忽略的影響;現(xiàn)行國(guó)家治超標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)中小跨徑橋梁車(chē)輛限載具有較好的適用性,但建議各地區(qū)根據(jù)自身實(shí)際情況在國(guó)家公路治超標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行微調(diào)。
[Abstract]:The truck load limit standard directly affects the actual vehicle load level and its distribution characteristics as well as the service performance of the infrastructure such as bridges. In order to analyze the truck load limit value of medium and small span bridges. In this paper, the analysis model of truck load limit value is established based on reliability theory. Secondly, based on the long-recorded WIM(Weigh in motion data, the load characteristics of trucks in typical highway sections in China are analyzed and the heavy-duty truck models that need to study the load limit value are determined. According to the current situation of bridge construction in China, the bridge structure type which plays a role in controlling the truck load limit value is selected. Finally, the bending function of the key section of the structure is established, the multi-level target reliability index is selected, the load limit value of each type of truck is analyzed in reverse iteration, and the target reliability index is discussed based on the analysis results. The influence of regional load characteristics on truck load limit. The analysis results show that the load limit value of each type of truck decreases linearly with the increase of target reliability index; The difference of regional truck load characteristics has an important influence on the truck load limit value. The current National Super-control Standard has a good applicability to the vehicle load limit of medium and small span bridges, but it is suggested that each region should make fine adjustment on the basis of the National Highway Super-control Standard according to its actual situation.
