【摘要】:近些年來我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速,但是伴隨而來的是交通擁擠和生存空間變窄,這些因素促使隧道工程項(xiàng)目日益增多,隧道掘進(jìn)機(jī)在鐵路隧道、城市地鐵、西氣東輸?shù)人淼拦こ讨谐蔀橹匾氖┕ぴO(shè)備。但其主要部件仍需進(jìn)口,并且隧道掘進(jìn)機(jī)刀盤的滾刀研發(fā)和制造與國外還有一定差距。優(yōu)化已知刀具的結(jié)構(gòu),能對提升滾刀使用壽命及其設(shè)計(jì)與制造提供可靠經(jīng)驗(yàn)。盤形滾刀是TBM破碎巖石所必需的部件,同時(shí)也是特別容易磨損和損壞的部分,與隧道工程施工周期和費(fèi)用密切相關(guān)的是TBM的破巖效率和承受載荷。通過查閱文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)TBM盤形滾刀的破巖機(jī)理,列出能夠影響刀具破巖時(shí)的參數(shù)變量,本文利用有限元軟件對TBM盤形滾刀的幾何結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與分析。本文包括以下主要幾項(xiàng)內(nèi)容:(1)對盤形滾刀破巖過程中機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析,選取合適巖石材料,列出盤形滾刀破碎巖石的主要失效形式,判別巖石材料的失效準(zhǔn)則,使其接近實(shí)際破巖工況。(2)獲取不對稱刃形滾刀幾何參數(shù),材料參數(shù)。以盤形滾刀破巖中軸承受力最小為目標(biāo),以刀刃角不對稱的盤型滾刀在正安裝下建立破巖模型。(3)最終對模型進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)分析,獲得實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),包括力、比能等,與理論數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比,對破巖效能進(jìn)行分析。改變刀具相關(guān)參數(shù),優(yōu)化模型。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's economic development is rapid, but accompanied by traffic congestion and narrow living space, these factors promote the increasing number of tunnel projects, tunnel tunneling machine in railway tunnels, urban subway. West to East Gas Transmission and other tunnel projects have become important construction equipment, but its main components still need to be imported, and there is still a gap between the research and development and manufacture of the cutter head of tunnel tunneling machine, and the structure of known cutting tools is optimized. It can provide reliable experience for the service life of hob and its design and manufacture. Disc hob is the necessary part for breaking rock in TBM, and it is also especially easy to wear and damage. The rock breaking efficiency and bearing load of TBM are closely related to the construction cycle and cost of tunnel engineering. The rock breaking mechanism of TBM disc hob is summarized by consulting the literature. Lists the parameter variables that can affect the rock breakage of a tool. In this paper, the geometric structure of TBM disc hob is designed and analyzed by using finite element software. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the mechanism of disc hob breaking through rock is analyzed. Select suitable rock material, list the main failure forms of rock broken by disc hob, judge the failure criterion of rock material, make it close to the actual rock breaking condition, and obtain the geometric parameters of asymmetric edge hob. Material parameters. Aiming at the minimum bearing capacity of the shaft of the disc hob breaking rock, and taking the disk-shaped hob with asymmetric blade angle to establish the rock breaking model under the positive installation, the dynamic analysis of the model is carried out, and the experimental data are obtained. Including force, specific energy and so on, compared with the theoretical data, the effectiveness of rock breaking is analyzed. The tool parameters are changed and the model is optimized.
