【摘要】:隨著漿體管道輸送工程的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展,輸送顆粒的粒徑越來越大,伴有滑動(dòng)床流動(dòng)的粗顆粒漿體的輸送工程越來越多;诨瑒(dòng)床以上的懸浮層內(nèi)的剪切應(yīng)力呈線性分布的假設(shè),提出了最大流速點(diǎn)(即剪應(yīng)力最小點(diǎn))位置的計(jì)算公式。在最大流速點(diǎn)至管道內(nèi)任意點(diǎn)方向應(yīng)用流速虧損定律,給出了懸浮層內(nèi)任意點(diǎn)速度分布的計(jì)算模型。通過石膏礦石漿體管道輸送試驗(yàn),給出了若干組濃度分布、速度分布實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。通過若干組數(shù)據(jù)的回歸分析,給出了最大速度值的計(jì)算公式及卡門常數(shù)值。利用試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),對最大速度點(diǎn)位置計(jì)算公式和滑動(dòng)床上速度分布的計(jì)算模型進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn),其計(jì)算值和實(shí)測值的最大偏差分別為3.8%和14.3%。
[Abstract]:With the application and development of slurry pipeline transportation engineering, the particle size of transport particles becomes larger and larger. There are more and more transportation projects of coarse granular slurry with sliding bed flow. Based on the assumption that the shear stress in the suspension layer above the sliding bed is linear distribution. A formula for calculating the position of the maximum velocity point (i.e. the minimum shear stress point) is presented. The law of velocity depletion is applied in the direction from the maximum velocity point to any point in the pipeline. The calculation model of velocity distribution at any point in suspension layer is given. Through the pipeline transportation test of gypsum ore slurry, the experimental data of several groups of concentration distribution and velocity distribution are given, and the regression analysis of several sets of data is given. The calculation formula of maximum velocity value and the constant value of Carmen are given. The formula of maximum velocity point position and the calculation model of velocity distribution on sliding bed are tested by using the experimental data. The maximum deviations between the calculated values and the measured values are 3.8% and 14.3, respectively.
