【摘要】:動(dòng)態(tài)回彈模量的滯回曲線是動(dòng)態(tài)加載作用下混合料的荷載和變形曲線,可反映瀝青混合料內(nèi)部應(yīng)力應(yīng)變狀態(tài)隨荷載和溫度等的演變規(guī)律;陴椑碚摽纱_定滯回曲線的3種形態(tài)參數(shù):長(zhǎng)軸斜率k、橢圓離心率e、滯回曲線面積S,分別表征瀝青混合料的動(dòng)態(tài)回彈模量、黏滯性及耗散能。并由此進(jìn)行不同溫度、荷載的動(dòng)態(tài)回彈模量試驗(yàn),結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):隨溫度升高SBS與70#瀝青混合料形態(tài)參數(shù)存在較大差異,且其變化曲線均在15~20℃出現(xiàn)明顯拐點(diǎn);隨荷載級(jí)位變大k,S呈一定的變化規(guī)律但e值基本不變。表明:(1)相對(duì)級(jí)配而言,瀝青品質(zhì)對(duì)混合料性能影響更大,而黏滯性與荷載大小無(wú)關(guān);(2)在15~20℃間瀝青混合料的力學(xué)性能差異較大,對(duì)溫度的敏感性較高;(3)不同的滯回曲線形態(tài)參數(shù)取值體現(xiàn)了瀝青混合料間的性能差異,可以采用3種形態(tài)參數(shù)對(duì)瀝青混合料的黏滯性、耐疲勞性等基本力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。最后,基于試驗(yàn)曲線的變化規(guī)律,建立了回彈模量的應(yīng)力依賴性模型,可反映不同應(yīng)力水平條件下瀝青混合料的響應(yīng)行為,且預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果較接近真實(shí)狀態(tài);基于Miner線性損傷準(zhǔn)則,推導(dǎo)了變荷載累積耗散能預(yù)估方程,并建立了基于能量耗散理論的疲勞方程,可以通過(guò)動(dòng)態(tài)模量試驗(yàn)得到的形態(tài)參數(shù)S對(duì)混合料疲勞性能進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。
[Abstract]:The dynamic modulus of the hysteretic curve of load mixture and deformation curve of dynamic loading, asphalt mixture can reflect the internal stress evolution of stress state with load and temperature. The morphological parameters of 3 kinds of viscoelastic theory can be determined based on hysteresis curve: longitudinal slope k, ellipticity e, hysteresis back to the area of the curve of S, respectively. The asphalt mixture dynamic modulus, viscosity and dissipation energy. And the different temperature, dynamic resilient modulus test, load results showed that morphological parameters of SBS and 70# asphalt mixture has obvious difference with the increase of temperature, and the change curve appeared at 15~20 deg. inflection point; with the load level change of K, S showed some variation but the E value is basically the same. Show that: (1) the relative gradation, asphalt mixture performance of greater quality, while the viscosity and load size; (2) at 15~20 DEG between Li The mechanical properties of different asphalt mixture of large, high sensitivity to temperature; (3) the different hysteretic curve shape parameter reflects the performance difference between the asphalt mixture, can use 3 morphological parameters on the viscosity of asphalt mixture, the basic mechanical properties such as fatigue resistance can be evaluated. Finally, variation of test curve based on established modulus stress dependency model, which can reflect the different stress response behavior of asphalt mixture under the condition of stress level, and the prediction results are close to the real state; Miner linear damage criterion is derived based on variable load cumulative dissipated energy prediction equation, and establishes the fatigue equation of energy dissipation based on the theory of morphological parameters can be obtained by the dynamic modulus test of S mixture fatigue performance prediction.
