黃土地區(qū)公路橋梁后壓漿灌注樁承載力試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:灌注樁后壓漿是指在灌注樁成樁后的一定時(shí)間內(nèi),通過(guò)在樁身內(nèi)預(yù)設(shè)壓漿導(dǎo)管以及與之相連的樁端、樁側(cè)壓漿閥并注入水泥漿,使樁端、樁側(cè)土體(包括泥皮和沉渣)得到加固,從而提高單樁承載力,降低樁基沉降。該項(xiàng)技術(shù)在建筑、煤炭、水利等行業(yè)已得到廣泛的應(yīng)用,并取得了良好的效果,但在公路橋梁樁基中應(yīng)用較少,相關(guān)的試驗(yàn)研究缺乏。本文以西安咸陽(yáng)國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)專用高速公路渭河特大橋?yàn)橐劳?針對(duì)公路橋梁后壓漿灌注樁承載力開(kāi)展試驗(yàn)研究,主要研究工作如下:(1)對(duì)試驗(yàn)區(qū)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的地質(zhì)勘探,在充分利用工程樁的基礎(chǔ)上,制定了詳細(xì)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)方案,共計(jì)9根試驗(yàn)樁,分為三組。其中第一組樁徑1.30m,樁長(zhǎng)25m;第二組樁徑1.30m,樁長(zhǎng)36m;第三組樁徑1.30m,樁長(zhǎng)25m,采用后壓漿技術(shù)。(2)試樁對(duì)比試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:后壓漿試樁的回彈率在76.7%~86.2%之間,未壓漿試樁的回彈率為16.3%~20.9%;同級(jí)荷載時(shí),采用后壓漿工藝的樁基沉降量較常規(guī)灌注樁沉降量減少30%~80%,且后壓漿灌注樁的沉降曲線較緩和;采用聯(lián)合壓漿工藝的后壓漿樁較常規(guī)灌注樁單樁極限承載力提高8000KN以上,增幅達(dá)50%。說(shuō)明后壓漿技術(shù)能顯著改善基樁的承載變形特性并提高豎向承載力。(3)樁身軸力分析時(shí),樁長(zhǎng)25米的后壓漿樁基和非后壓漿樁基實(shí)測(cè)樁身軸力與數(shù)值分析基本吻合。樁側(cè)摩阻力分析時(shí),數(shù)值模擬得到的最大摩阻力位置普遍較實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果偏低,其中后壓漿樁基尤其顯著。25米非后壓漿樁基實(shí)測(cè)最大側(cè)摩阻力位置為10~15米,最大側(cè)摩阻力為130KPa;25米后壓漿樁基實(shí)測(cè)最大側(cè)摩阻力位置17~22米,最大側(cè)摩阻力為180 KPa。(4)運(yùn)營(yíng)期沉降量監(jiān)控結(jié)果表明:依托工程各橋墩樁基均小于3mm,未發(fā)生顯著沉降,從沉降量的總趨勢(shì)上可看出后壓漿樁基運(yùn)營(yíng)期沉降量略小于常規(guī)鉆孔灌注樁基。
[Abstract]:The post-grouting of cast-in-place pile means that in a certain period of time after the construction of the cast-in-place pile, the grouting pipe is preset in the pile body and the pile end is connected with it, and the side grouting valve of the pile is injected into the cement slurry to make the pile end. The pile side soil (including mud skin and sediment) has been strengthened so as to improve the bearing capacity of single pile and reduce the settlement of pile foundation. This technology has been widely used in construction coal water conservancy and other industries and achieved good results. However, there are few applications in the pile foundation of highway bridge, and the related experimental research is lacking. This paper relies on the Weihe River Bridge of Xi'an Xianyang International Airport Special Expressway. The main research work is as follows: 1) the detailed geological exploration of the test area is carried out, on the basis of making full use of the engineering pile. A detailed field test scheme was established, nine test piles were divided into three groups, among which the first group was 1.30m in diameter and 25m in length. The second group was 1.30m in diameter and 36m in length; The third group of piles is 1.30m in diameter and 25m in length. The results of comparative tests show that the rebound rate of post-grouting test pile is between 76.762% and 86.2%. The rebound rate of the unpressed pile is 16.3and 20.9; Under the same load, the settlement of pile foundation using post-grouting technology is 30% less than that of conventional cast-in-place pile, and the settlement curve of post-grouting cast-in-place pile is relaxed. The ultimate bearing capacity of post-grouting pile with combined grouting process is more than 8,000 KN higher than that of conventional cast-in-place pile. It shows that the post-grouting technology can improve the bearing deformation characteristics of the pile and increase the vertical bearing capacity. 3) when analyzing the axial force of the pile body. The axial force of post-grouting pile foundation and non-post-grouting pile foundation is basically consistent with the numerical analysis, and the maximum friction position obtained by numerical simulation is generally lower than that of the measured results when the pile side friction is analyzed. The maximum frictional resistance of post grouting pile foundation is 1015m and the maximum lateral friction resistance is 130KPa. The maximum lateral friction position of 25 meters post-grouting pile foundation is 1722 meters. The maximum side friction is 180 KPA. 4) the result of monitoring the settlement in operation period shows that the pile foundation of each pier is less than 3 mm and there is no significant settlement. From the general trend of settlement, it can be seen that the settlement of post-grouting pile foundation is slightly smaller than that of conventional bored pile foundation.
