【摘要】:獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)且安全可靠的橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)是橋梁設(shè)計(jì)師們所追求的目標(biāo),顯然優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)是獲得這一目標(biāo)的有效手段,但當(dāng)前的確定性優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法由于無法考慮實(shí)際工程中客觀存在的不確定性而無法在工程中推廣實(shí)施,而基于可靠度的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法恰恰可以彌補(bǔ)這方面的不足。但當(dāng)前該方法的研究主要限于構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì)階段,缺乏結(jié)構(gòu)體系方面的研究工作。本文以自錨式簡(jiǎn)支桁架懸索橋?yàn)檠芯繉?duì)象,嘗試采用基于可靠度最優(yōu)分配的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)理論,對(duì)整個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)體系及其組成構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了靜力和動(dòng)力可靠度優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),獲得了更為經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的橋梁結(jié)構(gòu),同時(shí)為其它橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)體系采用基于可靠度的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法提供了重要參考。本文主要研究工作如下:1.基于MATLAB平臺(tái)開發(fā)編制了JC法的計(jì)算程序,大大提高了可靠性指標(biāo)的求解效率。2.建立了基于可靠度最優(yōu)分配的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并把模型應(yīng)用到桁架結(jié)構(gòu)中,對(duì)靜定桁架和超靜定桁架分別進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),驗(yàn)證了基于可靠度最優(yōu)分配的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)理論的適用性和有效性。3.采用ANSYS軟件建立了自錨式簡(jiǎn)支桁架懸索橋的有限元分析模型,并應(yīng)用修正?約界法對(duì)整個(gè)橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的失效路徑進(jìn)行了搜索,獲得了橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)體系的系統(tǒng)可靠度。4.對(duì)自錨式簡(jiǎn)支桁架懸索橋進(jìn)行了基于可靠度最優(yōu)分配的靜力可靠度優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),優(yōu)化了各組成構(gòu)件的可靠度和截面尺寸,獲得了更為經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的設(shè)計(jì)方案,達(dá)到了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的目的,同時(shí)證明了基于可靠度最優(yōu)分配的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)理論對(duì)大型橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。5.對(duì)自錨式簡(jiǎn)支桁架懸索橋進(jìn)行了基于可靠度最優(yōu)分配的動(dòng)力可靠度優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),建立了結(jié)構(gòu)體系的動(dòng)力可靠度優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)模型,采用反應(yīng)譜方法對(duì)整個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)體系組成構(gòu)件的可靠度及其設(shè)計(jì)變量進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化分配,初步顯示了基于可靠度最優(yōu)分配的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)理論在橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)計(jì)中的潛力。
[Abstract]:It is the goal of bridge designers to obtain economical and safe bridge structure. It is obvious that optimal design is an effective means to achieve this goal. However, the current deterministic optimization design method can not be popularized and implemented in engineering because it can not take into account the uncertainty existing in the actual project. The reliability based optimization design method can make up for this deficiency, but the current research of this method is mainly limited to the component design stage. This paper takes self-anchored simply supported truss suspension bridge as the research object and tries to adopt the optimal design theory based on optimal reliability allocation. The static and dynamic reliability optimization design of the whole structure system and its components is carried out, and a more economical and reasonable bridge structure is obtained. At the same time, it provides an important reference for other bridge structure systems to adopt the reliability based optimization design method. The main research work of this paper is as follows: 1. Based on the MATLAB platform, the JC calculation program is developed. A mathematical model based on optimal reliability allocation is established, and the model is applied to truss structure. The statically indeterminate truss and statically indeterminate truss are optimized respectively. The applicability and validity of the optimal design theory based on optimal reliability allocation are verified. 3. The finite element analysis model of self-anchored simply supported truss suspension bridge is established by using ANSYS software and modified? The reduced-boundary method is used to search the failure path of the whole bridge structure. The system reliability of the bridge system is obtained. 4. The static reliability optimization design of self-anchored simply supported truss suspension bridge is carried out based on the optimal distribution of reliability, and the reliability and section size of each component are optimized. A more economical and reasonable design scheme has been obtained, and the purpose of optimal design has been achieved. At the same time, the feasibility of optimal design theory based on optimal reliability allocation for large bridge structures is proved. 5. Dynamic reliability optimization of self-anchored simply supported truss suspension bridges based on optimal reliability allocation is carried out. Design. The dynamic reliability optimization design model of the structural system is established, and the reliability and design variables of the whole structural system are optimized by using the response spectrum method. The potential of optimal design theory based on optimal reliability allocation in seismic design of bridge structures is shown.
