【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)化水平提高,城市建設(shè)呈現(xiàn)高密度、復(fù)合化、集約化的發(fā)展傾向,符合此類要求的商業(yè)綜合體得到大力開(kāi)發(fā)。同時(shí),城市機(jī)動(dòng)化水平提升讓駕車(chē)成為日常生活出行首選,商業(yè)綜合體吸引人群多為有車(chē)一族,因此,配建規(guī)模合理、質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)秀的停車(chē)空間對(duì)于保證商業(yè)綜合體高效運(yùn)行具有重要意義。然而,目前現(xiàn)狀在這兩方面的均存在問(wèn)題,本文針對(duì)商業(yè)綜合體停車(chē)空間數(shù)量和質(zhì)量進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)研究。從以下幾個(gè)方面展開(kāi)論述:第一章介紹本論文選題背景,確定研究對(duì)象與范圍,闡釋相關(guān)概念,總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并提出本文的研究目的、內(nèi)容、方法以及框架。第二章先梳理商業(yè)綜合體和停車(chē)問(wèn)題的發(fā)展過(guò)程,歸納商業(yè)綜合體停車(chē)空間歷史沿革,明確高密度復(fù)合用地停車(chē)問(wèn)題是商業(yè)綜合體停車(chē)空間問(wèn)題的本質(zhì),再總結(jié)城市復(fù)合用地發(fā)展與停車(chē)場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)理論,最后對(duì)商業(yè)綜合體停車(chē)空間的特點(diǎn)、類型、各功能需求情況和空間中人的需求進(jìn)行相關(guān)要素研究。第三章從數(shù)量與質(zhì)量角度對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)三個(gè)西部城市的16座商業(yè)綜合體停車(chē)空間進(jìn)行實(shí)例調(diào)研,并歸納分析目前商業(yè)綜合體停車(chē)空間在這兩方面的問(wèn)題及其原因。第四章針對(duì)停車(chē)供給不足和空間設(shè)計(jì)粗放展開(kāi)分析,先判斷調(diào)研目標(biāo)地區(qū)商業(yè)綜合體停車(chē)配建比的未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)應(yīng)在1.0左右,然后以此為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),結(jié)合商業(yè)綜合體建筑特點(diǎn),分別從“開(kāi)源”和“節(jié)流”兩方面對(duì)停車(chē)空間提出增容與集約化的優(yōu)化策略。第五章著重于改善目前停車(chē)空間質(zhì)量方面的欠缺,首先對(duì)造成車(chē)行流線不便和車(chē)位使用不均的空間“節(jié)點(diǎn)”、“路徑”因素提出改善措施,然后再針對(duì)空間環(huán)境質(zhì)量方面的不足,提出空間物理環(huán)境、空間引導(dǎo)性和空間設(shè)計(jì)的相應(yīng)優(yōu)化策略。第六章總結(jié)本文主要研究成果和不足之處。
[Abstract]:With China's economic development and raise the level of urbanization, city construction is complex, high density, intensive development tendency, comply with such requirements of commercial complex has got great development. At the same time, improve the level of city motorization make cars become a daily travel choice, commercial complex for car owners to attract people, therefore, with the scale is reasonable, quality excellent parking space is of great significance to ensure the efficient operation of the commercial complex. However, the present situation of existed problems in these two aspects, this paper study on Optimization Design for the quantity and quality of the parking space of the commercial complex. From the following several aspects: the first chapter introduces the research background, research object with the scope of interpretation of related concepts, summarize the research status at home and abroad, and puts forward the research purpose, the content, method and framework. The second chapter comb The process of the development of science and commercial complex and parking problems, summed up commercial parking space complex history, clear high density composite for parking problem is the essence of commercial space of complex parking problems, then summarize the development and parking lot design theory of composite City, finally, the parking space of the commercial complex types, related factors the functional requirements and the space of people's needs. The third chapter gives examples of research on domestic three western city 16 commercial complex parking space from the perspective of quantity and quality, and analyzed the problem of parking space of the commercial complex in the two aspects and the reasons. The fourth chapter in the parking supply and extensive space design to analyze, first determine the research target area commercial complex development trend in the future construction of parking ratio should be around 1, and then as a standard According to the architecture characteristics, commercial complex, respectively from the two aspects of the open source "and" cutting "on the parking space optimization strategy proposed expansion and intensification. The fifth chapter focuses on the improvement of the quality of the lack of parking space, first of all to cause inconvenience and streamline garage are the parking space" node "and" path "the factors put forward the improvement measures, and then due to the shortage of space environment quality, the space environment, space to guide the corresponding optimization strategies and space design. The sixth chapter summarizes the main research achievements and deficiencies.
