【摘要】：城市的高速發(fā)展給人們的生活帶來了極大的便利和改善,然而城市發(fā)展同時(shí)帶來了交通需求的不斷增加,很多城市每天都發(fā)生著道路擁擠的情況�，F(xiàn)如今,道路擁擠的問題已經(jīng)成為了阻礙現(xiàn)代社會(huì)發(fā)展的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵問題。因此,快速識(shí)別城市道路的擁擠程度對(duì)改善交通出行、及時(shí)治理道路擁堵、保障人們的出行安全具有重要作用。另一方面,近幾年智能手機(jī)飛躍式的進(jìn)步使其成為智能交通研究的一個(gè)新方向,將智能手機(jī)中傳感器的數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用到道路擁擠程度識(shí)別的研究中,在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中具有比較重要的價(jià)值。文本首先介紹了道路擁擠程度識(shí)別的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并概述了城市道路擁擠的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論,再對(duì)目前應(yīng)用的道路交通信息采集技術(shù)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。在研究了道路擁擠程度識(shí)別的原理、方法以及相關(guān)技術(shù)和算法的基礎(chǔ)上,提出應(yīng)用智能手機(jī)傳感器的數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)道路擁擠程度進(jìn)行識(shí)別,并對(duì)SVM的檢測(cè)算法進(jìn)行了研究。在實(shí)際識(shí)別的實(shí)驗(yàn)中,在分析采集到的傳感器數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,確定輸入模型的變量。對(duì)線性核函數(shù)、多項(xiàng)式核函數(shù)和RBF核函數(shù)下分類準(zhǔn)確率的對(duì)比,在使用RBF核函數(shù)的情況下,利用交叉檢驗(yàn)的方法擇優(yōu)尋求最優(yōu)參數(shù)。根據(jù)以上的變量和參數(shù)綜合對(duì)采集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)。顯示RBF核函數(shù)取得了比較理想的檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確率。本文還對(duì)比了不同數(shù)據(jù)處理方式下數(shù)據(jù)檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確率的優(yōu)劣,并根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析了智能手機(jī)傳感器數(shù)據(jù)在SVM算法下對(duì)道路擁擠程度識(shí)別的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the city has brought great convenience and improvement to people's life. However, the development of the city has also brought the increasing demand for traffic. Many cities have the situation of road congestion every day. Nowadays. The problem of road congestion has become a key problem that hinders the development of modern society. On the other hand, the advance of smart phone in recent years has made it a new direction of intelligent transportation research. The application of sensor data in smart phone to the research of road congestion recognition has important value in practical application. Firstly, the paper introduces the research status of road congestion recognition at home and abroad. And summarized the basic theory of urban road congestion, and then summarized the current application of road traffic information collection technology. In the study of the principle of road congestion recognition. Methods based on the related technologies and algorithms, this paper proposes to use the data of smart phone sensor to identify the road congestion, and studies the detection algorithm of SVM. On the basis of analyzing the sensor data collected, the variables of the input model are determined, and the classification accuracy of linear kernel function, polynomial kernel function and RBF kernel function are compared. In the case of a RBF kernel function. The method of cross test is used to find the optimal parameters. According to the above variables and parameters, the collected data are experimented. It is shown that the RBF kernel function has achieved a better detection accuracy. The accuracy of data detection under different data processing methods. Based on the experimental results, the practical application value of smart phone sensor data in road congestion recognition under SVM algorithm is analyzed.
