【摘要】:由于高效率、高效益、高協(xié)作、適于多式聯(lián)運(yùn)等顯著優(yōu)點(diǎn),近年來長江水運(yùn)箱貨所占比重呈明顯上升趨勢(shì),集裝箱班輪運(yùn)輸成為沿線外貿(mào)物資最主要的運(yùn)輸方式,并呈現(xiàn)專業(yè)化、大型化、集約化、規(guī);⒖萍蓟陌l(fā)展趨勢(shì)。隨著長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶國家戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,集裝箱水運(yùn)需求將進(jìn)一步增大,運(yùn)輸資源的有效利用將顯得尤為重要,而國內(nèi)外在內(nèi)河集裝箱運(yùn)輸航線優(yōu)化領(lǐng)域研究較少。依托2013年四川省交通科技項(xiàng)目“四川長江港口集裝箱班輪航線優(yōu)化與發(fā)展研究”,通過調(diào)研資料分析、評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)構(gòu)建、優(yōu)化分析建模和實(shí)例應(yīng)用分析,對(duì)四川長江集裝箱班輪運(yùn)輸航線優(yōu)化進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的研究。①基于政策環(huán)境和基礎(chǔ)條件,分析了四川長江集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)默F(xiàn)狀與趨勢(shì)。分析表明,雖然受到航道、船閘、港口和船舶等條件限制,四川集裝箱水運(yùn)總體上需求旺盛,發(fā)展環(huán)境和條件良好。綜合應(yīng)用定量和定性分析法,預(yù)測(cè)得到2015年和2020年四川省長江集裝箱運(yùn)輸量和港口吞吐量。②基于經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和能耗特性,建立了長江集裝箱運(yùn)輸效能評(píng)價(jià)模型。采用層次分析法確定了各子系統(tǒng)的權(quán)重,用線性加權(quán)法對(duì)運(yùn)輸效能進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。實(shí)例分析表明該模型具有合理性。③基于經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和能耗雙目標(biāo),在經(jīng)濟(jì)效益優(yōu)化模型基礎(chǔ)上,建立了集裝箱班輪運(yùn)輸航線優(yōu)化模型。決策變量為航行速度和航線配船,模型參數(shù)主要有航線數(shù)量、航線時(shí)間、停泊時(shí)間、航行天日柴油消耗量、停泊天日柴油消耗量、船型數(shù)量等。④應(yīng)用效能評(píng)價(jià)模型和航線優(yōu)化模型,進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化實(shí)例分析。應(yīng)用LINGO11.0優(yōu)化軟件求解,對(duì)四川A公司集裝箱班輪運(yùn)輸航線進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。優(yōu)化結(jié)果符合實(shí)際情況。在國家倡導(dǎo)建設(shè)“暢通、高效、平安、綠色”現(xiàn)代化內(nèi)河水運(yùn)體系的背景下,適應(yīng)長江集裝箱運(yùn)輸發(fā)展需要,綜合考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與環(huán)境效益,建立了集裝箱運(yùn)輸效能評(píng)價(jià)模型和集裝箱班輪運(yùn)輸航線雙目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型,豐富了內(nèi)河集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)脑u(píng)價(jià)與優(yōu)化理論,對(duì)航線和船舶資源合理配置具有一定應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Due to high efficiency, high efficiency, high coordination, suitable for multimodal transport and other significant advantages, in recent years, the Yangtze River waterway cargo proportion was significantly increased, the container liner along the trade goods become the main mode of transport, and the specialized, large-scale, intensive, scale, development trend of science and technology with. On 2013 Sichuan province traffic science and technology project of Sichuan Yangtze River port container shipping route optimization and development research, through the investigation and data analysis, evaluation index the construction, optimization analysis modeling and application of the Sichuan Yangtze River container transportation route optimization for a more systematic study. Based on the basic conditions and policy environment, analyzes the present situation and trend of Sichuan Yangtze River container transportation. The results show that, despite the channel, lock, limit port and shipping conditions, Sichuan container transport overall demand, development environment and good conditions. The comprehensive application of quantitative and qualitative analysis, forecast in 2015 and 2020 in Sichuan Province, the Yangtze River container transport volume and port throughput. The economic benefit and energy consumption characteristics based on the established evaluation of Yangtze River container transport efficiency model. Using AHP to determine the weight of each subsystem, the comprehensive evaluation of transportation efficiency by using linear weighting method. Examples show that the model is reasonable. The double goals of economic efficiency and energy consumption based on based on the model of economic optimization, set up the container liner shipping route optimization model. The decision variables for ship sailing speed and route The main parameters of the model, the number of routes, route, parking time, navigation light diesel consumption, parking light diesel consumption, ship quantity etc. the application efficiency evaluation model and route optimization model, optimized analysis examples. Solving the application of LINGO11.0 optimization software, A company of Sichuan container liner shipping route optimization. The optimization results consistent with the actual situation in the country. To advocate the building of "smooth, efficient, safe, green" modernization of inland waterway transportation system, to meet the needs of the development of container transportation in Yangtze River, considering the economic and environmental benefits, set up a dual objective optimization evaluation model of container transport efficiency model and the container liner shipping route, rich inland river and optimization evaluation of container transport theory, has a certain application value for the rational allocation of resources.
