【摘要】:以西成客運(yùn)專線十岔溝中橋、清涼山隧道作為BIM研究實(shí)際工程背景,結(jié)合鐵路橋隧BIM模型具有規(guī)模大、接口復(fù)雜、數(shù)據(jù)量大等特點(diǎn),以BIM技術(shù)在鐵路橋隧工程中的應(yīng)用為主要目的,對鐵路橋隧工程勘察設(shè)計全過程進(jìn)行研究,包括外業(yè)勘察階段的水文數(shù)據(jù)分析,設(shè)計階段的模型創(chuàng)建、設(shè)計方案匯報展示、碰撞檢查、協(xié)同設(shè)計、施工圖繪制、工程數(shù)量計算、施工過程模擬等應(yīng)用研究。研究認(rèn)為,現(xiàn)有BIM軟件平臺基本能滿足鐵路橋隧工程BIM設(shè)計要求,但須按橋隧工程的設(shè)計特點(diǎn)進(jìn)一步修改、完善。橋、隧BIM模型手工創(chuàng)建耗時、費(fèi)力,專業(yè)化率較低,操作復(fù)雜,有針對地進(jìn)行二次開發(fā),將是橋隧BIM技術(shù)推廣運(yùn)用的突破口。雖然橋隧BIM出圖率低,圖紙不規(guī)范,但對各種數(shù)量信息的傳遞和匯總相對比較容易,用動畫來表述施工過程,使復(fù)雜的工法變得清晰明了,這些都體現(xiàn)了BIM技術(shù)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),且技術(shù)也比較成熟,值得在鐵路橋隧實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中的推廣運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:Into the West Passenger Line ten Chagou bridge, Qingliangshan tunnel as BIM research background of engineering, combined with the railway bridge and tunnel BIM model with large scale, complex interface, features a large quantity of data, the application of BIM technology in railway tunnel engineering as the main purpose, survey and design of the whole process of Railway bridge and tunnel engineering, including analysis of hydrological data outside the industry survey phase, the design phase of the creating model, design presentation, collision detection, collaborative design, construction drawing, engineering quantity calculation, application of construction process simulation. Research shows that the existing BIM software platform can basically meet the design requirements of Railway Tunnel Engineering BIM, but according to the design characteristics of the bridge and tunnel the project is further modified to improve. The bridge, tunnel and BIM model manually create time-consuming, laborious, specialization rate is low, the operation is complex, the two development, will be the bridge BIM technology promotion The use of a breakthrough. Although the bridge BIM figure is low, the drawings are not standardized, but the number of all kinds of information transfer and summary is relatively easy, using animation to express the construction process, the complex method becomes clear, which embodies the advantages of BIM technology, and the technology is relatively mature, the promotion of the use of it in the railway and in the actual production.
