基于實(shí)測的下保護(hù)層開采瓦斯壓力與含量變化規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:本文針對煤與瓦斯突出危險的薛村礦具有下保護(hù)層開采條件,在下保護(hù)層開采過程中,通過測定分析研究了下保護(hù)層開采的保護(hù)效果,瓦斯壓力變化、膨脹量、透氣系數(shù)變化、鉆孔瓦斯流量變化、瓦斯含量變化等,研究了被保護(hù)層的消突效果和保護(hù)開采的效果,為安全高效開采服務(wù)。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn)被保護(hù)層原始煤層瓦斯壓力最大的可以達(dá)到1.6MPa,平均原煤瓦斯壓力是1.16MPa。保護(hù)層開采后在保護(hù)范圍內(nèi),一般可使2#煤層原始瓦斯壓力降低0.5MPa左右,瓦斯壓力最后穩(wěn)定值大于0.74MPa的下降率平均為28.3%,瓦斯壓力最后穩(wěn)定值小于0.74MPa的下降率平均為57%。保護(hù)開采可使被保護(hù)層透氣性系數(shù)平均增加777.1倍,傾斜方向最大增加了1552倍至至1135倍;煤層的最大膨脹率達(dá)到23.7‰;2#煤層原始原煤瓦斯含量平均下降了41.1%,從損失量、解吸量、殘存量上比較,主要在損失量上降低,其相對下降了94.6%,解析量相對下降了1.3%,殘存量相對下降19.1%。計(jì)算出在保護(hù)范圍之內(nèi),被保護(hù)層煤層變成了易抽放煤層。 通過開采過程中和開采停止后瓦斯壓力的研究證明瓦斯卸壓不可逆的過程,也說明保護(hù)開采的作用效果是不可逆的。找出了瓦斯流量與時間、膨脹量與透氣性的負(fù)指數(shù)關(guān)系式。
[Abstract]:In this paper, in view of the coal and gas outburst dangerous Xucun mining conditions, in the process of mining under the protective layer, through the determination and analysis of the protective effect of the lower protective layer mining, gas pressure changes, expansion volume, gas permeability coefficient change,The change of gas flow rate and gas content of borehole is studied in this paper. The outburst suppression effect of protected layer and the effect of protecting mining are studied in order to serve the safety and efficiency of mining.It is found that the maximum gas pressure of the original coal seam under protection layer can reach 1.6 MPA, and the average gas pressure of raw coal is 1.16 MPA.In the protected area after mining, the original gas pressure of coal seam can be reduced by 0.5MPa or so. The final stable value of gas pressure is more than that of 0.74MPa, and the average rate of decrease of gas pressure is 28.3. the final stable value of gas pressure is less than that of 0.74MPa, and the average reduction rate is 57.Protection mining can increase the gas permeability coefficient of protected layer by an average of 777.1 times, increase the maximum inclined direction by 1552 times to 1135 times, and the maximum expansion rate of coal seam can reach 23.7 鈥,
