In the 2nd part,it is tried to find out by kinetic analysis what the apace equation of the naturally formed sliver curve will be.If the curved coiler tube is designed according to this equation,it will be possible to diminish substantially the retarding resistance of the tube surface to the sliver,thus reducing the chance of choking the tube with the sliver.

For the purposes of reducing power consumption and rolling time in rolling processa new method of devising the schedules for a twenty-high (?)eversing coiler tensionstrip rolling mill of ROHW type by dynamic programming is discussed in this paper.In this method the effects of the drafts,the roll velocities,the coiler tensions andthe number of passes set in the rolling process on the power consumption and therolling time of the mill are considered simultaneovsly,taking account of the constr-aints from equipment limitation and process requirements.In comparision with empi-rical schedules used on the mill in the past,our theoretical results by computationshow that the optimum shedules hare reduced the p(?)wer consumption by6%~11%and saved the rolling time by a large quantity,while strip shape and other measureshave still improved significantly.Furthermore,the correctness of our theoreticalresults has been shown by the samples from real plant experiments.
本文從軋制工藝節(jié)能和降低軋制時(shí)間的不同角度出發(fā),以帶有卷取張力的 ROHN 型廿輥可逆軋機(jī)為對(duì)象,應(yīng)用動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃探討了制定軋制規(guī)程的新方法。所用方法在顧及機(jī)電設(shè)備和工藝限制的條件下,綜合考慮了厚度分配、軋制次數(shù)、軋制速度及張力制度等因素對(duì)能耗和時(shí)間的影響。理論計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,最優(yōu)規(guī)程可使現(xiàn)行規(guī)程能耗降低6—11%,使時(shí)間以更大幅度降低,同時(shí)還可使板型和其他指標(biāo)得到顯著改善。在軋機(jī)上的實(shí)際試驗(yàn)證實(shí)了所得的理論結(jié)果。
