【摘要】：正黨的十八大報(bào)告指出,全面深化經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革,推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整,全面提高開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)水平,創(chuàng)新開放模式,促進(jìn)沿海內(nèi)陸沿邊開放優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ),形成引領(lǐng)國際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作和競爭的開放區(qū)域,培育帶動(dòng)區(qū)域發(fā)展的開放高地。黨的十八屆三中全會(huì)《決定》指出,擴(kuò)大內(nèi)陸沿邊開放。加快沿邊開放步伐,允許沿邊重點(diǎn)口岸、邊境城市、經(jīng)濟(jì)合作區(qū)在人員往來、加工物流、旅游等方面實(shí)行特殊方式和政策。2013年中央經(jīng)濟(jì)工作會(huì)議指出,積極促進(jìn)區(qū)
[Abstract]:The report of the 18 National Congress of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) pointed out: comprehensively deepening the reform of the economic system, pushing forward the strategic adjustment of the economic structure, comprehensively raising the level of the open economy, innovating the opening mode, and promoting the complementary advantages of the opening up along the inland coastal. The third Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee pointed out that the opening of the inland border should be expanded, the pace of border opening should be quickened, and key ports along the border should be allowed. Border cities and economic cooperation zones implement special methods and policies in the areas of personnel exchange, processing, logistics, tourism, etc. The 2013 Central Economic work Conference pointed out that the region should be actively promoted.
