【摘要】：體育自誕生之日起一直是與和平、休戰(zhàn)聯(lián)系在一起的。顧拜旦曾在《體育頌》中歌頌道：“啊,體育,你就是和平!你在各民族間建立愉快的聯(lián)系�！� 體育以身體活動(dòng)的方式促進(jìn)人類自身和諧發(fā)展,是人類社會(huì)少有的超越政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、種族、宗教等各種障礙的文化形態(tài),具有獨(dú)特的外交功能。在現(xiàn)代國(guó)家關(guān)系中,體育交流更是因?yàn)槠潇`活性而發(fā)揮獨(dú)特的作用,運(yùn)動(dòng)員被稱為“微笑的大使”、“穿運(yùn)動(dòng)衣的外交家”,起到了“外交先行官”的作用�！绑w育外交”作為軟實(shí)力,正在慢慢地敲開(kāi)這通向國(guó)際世界的大門(mén)。 第29屆北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)是中國(guó)體育外交史上的濃墨重彩的一筆,它向世界展示了一個(gè)和諧的中國(guó)社會(huì)和文明、開(kāi)放、熱情的中國(guó)人的形象,同時(shí)也促進(jìn)了“首腦外交”、“媒體外交”、“公眾外交”和“文化外交”等一系列外交形式的開(kāi)展。中國(guó)的體育外交應(yīng)當(dāng)借鑒北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)的得與失,設(shè)置相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)、制定相關(guān)政策、重視體育對(duì)外交流活動(dòng)、提升我國(guó)體育外交軟實(shí)力,進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)中國(guó)與世界的相互了解與溝通。本文前瞻性的探討了“后奧運(yùn)時(shí)代”中國(guó)體育外交的發(fā)展模式,指出“后奧運(yùn)時(shí)代”中國(guó)體育外交所面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),探索我國(guó)體育外交工作的未來(lái)走向。
[Abstract]:Sport has been associated with peace and truce since its birth. Coubertin once sang in the Ode to Sports: "Ah, sports, you are peace!" You have established pleasant ties among nations. " Sports promote the harmonious development of human beings by means of physical activity, which is a rare cultural form that transcends political, economic, cultural, racial, religious and other obstacles in human society, and has a unique diplomatic function. In modern state relations, sports exchange plays a unique role because of its flexibility. Athletes are called "smiling ambassadors" and "sportswear diplomats", acting as "diplomatic pioneers". Sports diplomacy, as a soft power, is slowly knocking open the door to the international world. The 29th Beijing Olympic Games is a heavy stroke in the history of China's sports diplomacy. It shows the world a harmonious Chinese society and civilization, an open and enthusiastic image of the Chinese people, and at the same time promotes "summit diplomacy." A series of diplomatic forms, such as media diplomacy, public diplomacy and cultural diplomacy. China's sports diplomacy should learn from the gains and losses of the Beijing Olympic Games, set up relevant institutions, formulate relevant policies, attach importance to sports foreign exchange activities, enhance the soft power of China's sports diplomacy, and further promote mutual understanding and communication between China and the world. This paper discusses forward-looking the development mode of Chinese sports diplomacy in the post-Olympic era, points out the opportunities and challenges faced by the Chinese sports diplomacy in the post-Olympic era, and explores the future trend of the sports diplomacy work in China.
