【摘要】："新聞民工"修辭作為業(yè)界記者的自嘲或是調(diào)侃自身地位下滑的口頭言語一度流行,繼而成為轉(zhuǎn)型中國一種新型的身份概念。此修辭是對新聞工作者在強制性的市場經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型背景下從文化事業(yè)身份轉(zhuǎn)型為全職臨時工身份的經(jīng)典隱喻,前者處于充分享受國家住房、醫(yī)療、教育等配置型福利和社會資本的優(yōu)勢狀態(tài),而后者無論是福利、資源,還是職業(yè)前景都完全處于不確定性狀態(tài)。這意味著納入媒體轉(zhuǎn)型改革的新聞記者和編輯并非是從傳統(tǒng)媒體的僵化體制中獲得解放意涵的勞動主體。本論題試圖結(jié)合長期民族志的素材積累和傳播政治經(jīng)濟學的理論闡釋來考察"新聞民工"修辭誕生的政治經(jīng)濟語境。
[Abstract]:The rhetoric of "news migrant workers", as a self-mockery or a verbal remark of their declining status, became a new concept of identity in China. This figure of speech is a classic metaphor for journalists' transition from cultural career status to full-time temporary worker status in the context of compulsory market economy transformation. The former is in full enjoyment of state housing, medical treatment, Education and other distributive welfare and social capital advantage state, the latter whether welfare, resources, or career prospects are in a state of total uncertainty. This means that journalists and editors who are included in the reform of the media transformation are not the labour subjects who are liberated from the rigid system of traditional media. This thesis attempts to investigate the political and economic context of the birth of the rhetoric of "news migrant workers" by combining the material accumulation of long-term ethnography and the theoretical interpretation of political economy.
