【摘要】：從Web1.0發(fā)展到2.0,再到現(xiàn)在的社交媒介,信息傳播的方式發(fā)生了根本性的轉(zhuǎn)變,從單向的一對(duì)多,到網(wǎng)民自己生產(chǎn)內(nèi)容,再到全民自由發(fā)布與相互傳播,使得輿論環(huán)境也隨之發(fā)生了很大變化。任意一名網(wǎng)民在微博發(fā)布一條信息,都可能在非常短的時(shí)間內(nèi)經(jīng)過(guò)裂變式傳播,形成公眾輿論,一些具有負(fù)面效應(yīng)的輿論常常對(duì)社會(huì)造成難以挽回的損失,例如2008年郭美美事件,對(duì)整個(gè)紅十字會(huì)與社會(huì)信任都帶來(lái)了嚴(yán)重打擊。基于這樣的背景,對(duì)輿論的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究就顯得十分關(guān)鍵,抓住了輿論的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,才能利用它的規(guī)律尋找出有效的引導(dǎo)方法。然而,輿論研究從上世紀(jì)九十年代到現(xiàn)在,一直停留在傳統(tǒng)的線性研究層面,這和輿論運(yùn)動(dòng)本身是不相符合的,因?yàn)檩浾摰漠a(chǎn)生是由許多網(wǎng)民的言論組成,而網(wǎng)民是具有思想的智能的個(gè)體,受各種政治經(jīng)濟(jì)文化甚至心理因素的影響,是一個(gè)復(fù)雜系統(tǒng),用簡(jiǎn)單系統(tǒng)的線性方法去研究,就像是方枘圓鑿,有失偏頗。因此,本文運(yùn)用非線性自組織理論系統(tǒng)研究輿論的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,提出更接近于輿論演化本質(zhì)的引導(dǎo)方法,給相關(guān)輿論監(jiān)管部門提供參考。本文的主要部分是第三章到第五章,第三章和第四章從開放性和遠(yuǎn)離平衡態(tài)考察微博輿論系統(tǒng),論證是否滿足耗散結(jié)構(gòu)的形成條件,對(duì)子系統(tǒng)之間的非線性相互作用,以及系統(tǒng)隨機(jī)性動(dòng)力—漲落,揭示出微博輿論系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)部動(dòng)力機(jī)制,然后從循環(huán)的三個(gè)層次論述輿論系統(tǒng)演化的組成形式。第五章根據(jù)輿論系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,針對(duì)性提出輿論引導(dǎo)的新思路,然后結(jié)合實(shí)際案例以論證引導(dǎo)思路的正確性。本文涉及的許多理論來(lái)自于自然科學(xué),在人文學(xué)科的應(yīng)用微乎其微,是一次跨學(xué)科的新嘗試,對(duì)輿論的研究有著創(chuàng)新性意義。
[Abstract]:From the development of Web1.0 to 2.0 and now to social media, the mode of information dissemination has undergone a fundamental change, from one-way one-to-many, to the production of content by netizens themselves, to the free distribution and mutual communication of the whole people. The public opinion environment has also changed a lot. Any netizen who publishes a message from Weibo may spread it through fission in a very short period of time and form public opinion. Some public opinion with negative effects often causes irreparable losses to society. For example, the 2008 Guo Meimei incident, the entire Red Cross and social trust has brought a serious blow. Based on this background, it is very important to study the movement law of public opinion. Only by grasping the movement law of public opinion, can we find out an effective guiding method by using the law of public opinion. However, from the 1990s to the present, the study of public opinion has remained at the level of traditional linear research, which is not in line with the public opinion movement itself, because the generation of public opinion is made up of the remarks of many Internet users. Internet users are intelligent individuals with ideas, affected by various political, economic, cultural and even psychological factors, is a complex system, using a simple system of linear methods to study, just like square peg round chisel, biased. Therefore, this paper uses the nonlinear self-organization theory to study the law of public opinion movement, and puts forward a guiding method which is closer to the essence of the evolution of public opinion, and provides a reference for the supervision department of public opinion. The main parts of this paper are chapters 3 to 5. The third and fourth chapters examine Weibo's public opinion system from an open and far away from equilibrium state, and prove whether the formation condition of dissipative structure is satisfied and the nonlinear interaction between subsystems is proved. The internal dynamic mechanism of Weibo's public opinion system is revealed, and then the composition of the evolution of the public opinion system is discussed from three levels of circulation. In chapter five, according to the movement law of public opinion system, a new idea of public opinion guidance is put forward, and then the correctness of guiding thought is proved by actual cases. Many of the theories involved in this paper come from natural science, and their application in humanities is very small, which is a new interdisciplinary attempt and has innovative significance to the research of public opinion.
