《2013年山東省政府工作報(bào)告》翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告

【摘要】：隨著當(dāng)今經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的迅速發(fā)展，各國(guó)間的交流日益密切。改革開放以來，我國(guó)的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)取得了舉世矚目的成就，綜合國(guó)力有了顯著的提高，中國(guó)在國(guó)際舞臺(tái)上越來越受人矚目。因此，政治文獻(xiàn)的翻譯有利于讓世界各國(guó)了解我國(guó)的政治制度、方針政策、政治立場(chǎng)等。本論文在前人研究的成果上，結(jié)合《2013年山東省政府工作報(bào)告》的翻譯實(shí)踐，本文在中外翻譯思想尤其是等值翻譯理論指導(dǎo)下，在詞匯、句子、語篇三個(gè)層面上對(duì)山東省的政府工作報(bào)告進(jìn)行研究和細(xì)致的分析。 這篇論文里的例句都選自政府工作報(bào)告并且與具體的翻譯策略相結(jié)合。本文通過對(duì)于政府工作報(bào)告三個(gè)層面的研究，研究結(jié)果表明，政府工作報(bào)告翻譯應(yīng)遵循的原則主要包括以下四條：準(zhǔn)確、信息完整、延續(xù)與改動(dòng)并重、自然易懂。為了更好地發(fā)揮政府工作報(bào)告對(duì)我國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展的推動(dòng)作用，促進(jìn)國(guó)際交流高質(zhì)量的開展，本報(bào)告詳細(xì)介紹了翻譯任務(wù)的背景、翻譯過程及案列分析，，試圖從詞匯、句法及文本層面研究政府工作報(bào)告的英譯。本報(bào)告首先對(duì)原文進(jìn)行描述，并對(duì)原文文本類型及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了一定研究。 隨著各級(jí)省政府工作報(bào)告翻譯的增多，譯者需要找到有效的翻譯策略來保證政論文翻譯的質(zhì)量，以幫助樹立中國(guó)良好的形象。本報(bào)告從功能翻譯理論的功能對(duì)等角度對(duì)政論文的翻譯策略進(jìn)行了探討。此外，譯者需要在分析作者意圖，翻譯目的，文本類型及譯入語讀者的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)譯文中源語文化的保留及調(diào)整做出選擇。 本文討論了政論性文章里短語與句子的英譯，旨在鍛煉提高政論文譯文的質(zhì)量，并希望對(duì)其他想提高這方面翻譯水平的英語筆譯的同學(xué)有所幫助。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization, exchanges between countries are becoming closer and closer. Since the reform and opening up, China's political and economic construction has made remarkable achievements, comprehensive national strength has been significantly improved, and China is attracting more and more attention on the international stage. Therefore, the translation of political documents can help countries to understand our country's political system, policy, political position and so on. Based on the previous studies and the translation practice of the Shandong Provincial Government work report in 2013, this thesis is guided by the translation theory of Chinese and foreign translation, especially the equivalent translation theory, under the guidance of words and sentences. This paper studies and analyzes the government work report of Shandong Province at three levels. The examples in this paper are selected from the government work report and combined with specific translation strategies. Through the study of the three levels of government work report, the research results show that the principles of government work report translation mainly include the following four principles: accuracy, information integrity, continuity and modification, and naturally easy to understand. In order to give full play to the role of government work report in promoting the social development of our country and promoting the development of high quality international communication, this report introduces in detail the background of the translation task, the translation process and the case list analysis. Syntactic and textual studies on the translation of government work reports into English. This report first describes the original text, and studies the types and characteristics of the original text. With the increasing number of provincial government reports translation, translators need to find effective translation strategies to ensure the quality of political papers translation, in order to help establish a good image of China. This report explores the translation strategies of political papers from the perspective of functional equivalence. In addition, on the basis of analyzing the author's intention, the purpose of translation, the text type and the target readers, the translator should make a choice on the reservation and adjustment of the source language culture in the target text. This paper discusses the translation of phrases and sentences in political articles with a view to improving the quality of translation of political papers and hoping to be helpful to other English translators who wish to improve their translation skills in this field.
