【摘要】:鄭州水工機(jī)械有限公司原名鄭州水工機(jī)械廠,成立于1955年,現(xiàn)隸屬于水利部綜合事業(yè)局新華水利控股集團(tuán)公司,為部屬大型骨干企業(yè),專(zhuān)業(yè)從事國(guó)家水電、火電、城市建設(shè)等重大工程項(xiàng)目中機(jī)械制造,金屬結(jié)構(gòu)和永久設(shè)備等領(lǐng)域的制造與安裝。隨著我國(guó)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)的改革開(kāi)放逐步進(jìn)入深水區(qū),國(guó)際金融危機(jī)影響長(zhǎng)久不散,尤其是黨十八大將“生態(tài)文明建設(shè)”提高到戰(zhàn)略高度,國(guó)家進(jìn)行宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展放緩,銀行緊縮銀根,水電市場(chǎng)萎縮,價(jià)格畸低,惡意競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈。在這樣社會(huì)大背景之下,鄭州水工機(jī)械有限公司經(jīng)營(yíng)遇到了前所未有的困難,經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的多變和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇促使鄭州水工必須重新進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略定位。該文分析了鄭州水工內(nèi)外部環(huán)境因素和企業(yè)優(yōu)劣勢(shì)所在,探討了鄭州水工公司的未來(lái)發(fā)展前景;在基于企業(yè)現(xiàn)實(shí)可行性的基礎(chǔ)上提出了企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;重點(diǎn)突出研究了為保證企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)順利實(shí)現(xiàn),鄭州水工公司所應(yīng)采取的策略與措施保障。該文作者作為此公司一位管理工作者,對(duì)企業(yè)實(shí)際有較為深刻的了解,結(jié)合鄭州大學(xué)兩年努力所學(xué),其研究成果可為鄭州水工發(fā)展十字路口的方向確定和公司決策層轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的明確提供有益的借鑒,具有現(xiàn)實(shí)的意義和價(jià)值,文中不成熟之處請(qǐng)大家批評(píng)指正。
[Abstract]:Zhengzhou hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd., formerly known as Zhengzhou hydraulic Machinery Factory, was established in 1955. It is now attached to Xinhua Water Conservancy holding Group Company, Ministry of Water Resources General Affairs Bureau. It is a large backbone enterprise, specializing in national hydropower and thermal power, Manufacturing and installation of machinery, metal structures and permanent equipment in major engineering projects such as urban construction. With China's political and economic reform and opening up gradually entering deep water areas, the impact of the international financial crisis has persisted for a long time. In particular, the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has raised "ecological civilization construction" to a strategic height, and the country is undergoing macroeconomic transformation and economic development is slowing down. The bank tightens money, hydropower market shrinks, price is abnormally low, malicious competition is fierce. In such a social background, Zhengzhou hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd. has encountered unprecedented difficulties in its operation. The changing economic environment and the intensification of market competition have prompted Zhengzhou hydraulic Engineering to re-position its strategy. This paper analyzes the internal and external environmental factors of Zhengzhou hydraulic engineering and the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises, probes into the future development prospects of Zhengzhou hydraulic engineering company, and puts forward the transformation and development strategy of the enterprises on the basis of the practical feasibility of the enterprises. In order to ensure the successful realization of the strategic goal of enterprise transformation and development, the strategies and measures that should be adopted by Zhengzhou hydraulic Engineering Company are emphatically studied. As a management worker of the company, the author has a deeper understanding of the actual situation of the enterprise, combining with the two years' hard work of Zhengzhou University. The research results can provide a useful reference for the determination of the direction of Zhengzhou hydraulic development crossroads and the clear strategy of the transformation and development of the company's decision-making level, and have practical significance and value. In this paper, we are invited to criticize and correct the immaturity.
