中國電視劇產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中的政府行為研究
[Abstract]:The creation and production of Chinese TV series has its own uniqueness. The creation, production and broadcasting process of a TV play embody the characteristics of Chinese politics, economy and culture everywhere. During the planned economy period, the government was required to regulate the TV drama industry in all directions. However, with the development of the socialist market economy, the functions of the government also changed and the economic activities of the micro subjects were handed over to the market to regulate. And strengthen the function and role of providing public service to the society and the public. In particular, the "decision" adopted by the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee requires the market to play a decisive role in the allocation of resources, but this does not mean that government behavior will withdraw from the development of the TV drama industry. Instead, the government is required to strengthen and improve the rule of law and service functions in the development of TV drama industry. With the rapid development of new media, the TV drama industry is facing unprecedented challenges. It not only requires the TV drama market to make timely and effective adjustments, but also requires the government to follow the "combination of theory and practice, historical and practical related photos." Under the principle of drawing lessons from domestic and international countries, we should recognize the present situation of the development of Chinese TV series industry, clarify its status and role in the development of TV series industry, sum up its behavior and practical limitations in the history of the development of Chinese TV series industry. Combining with the effective experience of government behavior in the development of foreign TV series industry, this paper explores the optimization principles and paths of government behavior in the development of Chinese TV play industry, so as to promote the health of the Chinese TV series industry. The sustainable development creates the benign macroscopic "ecological environment".
