數(shù)字資源構(gòu)建模型探索

【摘要】：隨著數(shù)字技術(shù)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展,虛擬世界已自成一格,形成與現(xiàn)實(shí)世界相關(guān)聯(lián)卻又截然不同的數(shù)字世界�，F(xiàn)實(shí)生活中政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化方面的競爭也悄悄的在數(shù)字世界中蔓延,數(shù)字信息資源是競爭的核心,數(shù)字技術(shù)發(fā)達(dá)國家在數(shù)字信息資源的擁有量、利用率、傳播速度和范圍上遠(yuǎn)領(lǐng)先于其他國家,導(dǎo)致這些發(fā)達(dá)國家在數(shù)字世界競爭中處于優(yōu)勢地位。我國作為發(fā)展中國家,數(shù)字技術(shù)起步較晚,近年來雖發(fā)展迅速,但是與發(fā)達(dá)國家仍有差距,所以造成在數(shù)字世界我國政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)與文化處于劣勢,亟需數(shù)字資源支持�；谡巍⒔�(jīng)濟(jì)與文化的需求,我國數(shù)字資源構(gòu)建刻不容緩。對國內(nèi)外的數(shù)字資源研究進(jìn)行了綜述,發(fā)現(xiàn)對于數(shù)字資源構(gòu)建的研究較為缺乏;對國內(nèi)外政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化環(huán)境進(jìn)行了對比分析,表明我國數(shù)字資源構(gòu)建的迫切性;利用科學(xué)存在原型結(jié)構(gòu)對數(shù)字資源進(jìn)行了解析,形成數(shù)字資源科學(xué)存在原型結(jié)構(gòu);探索數(shù)字資源構(gòu)建要素,以形成數(shù)字資源構(gòu)建流程圖;探討了數(shù)字內(nèi)容轉(zhuǎn)構(gòu)為數(shù)字資源的原因;利用科學(xué)存在原型結(jié)構(gòu)對數(shù)字內(nèi)容進(jìn)行解析,形成數(shù)字內(nèi)容科學(xué)存在原型結(jié)構(gòu)與數(shù)字內(nèi)容構(gòu)建流程,建立起數(shù)字內(nèi)容構(gòu)建模型;在數(shù)字內(nèi)容科學(xué)存在原型結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)字內(nèi)容構(gòu)建模型、數(shù)字資源構(gòu)建流程、數(shù)字資源構(gòu)建科學(xué)存在原型結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上歸納出數(shù)字資源構(gòu)建模型圖。本文所提出的模型以科學(xué)存在原型結(jié)構(gòu)為支撐,以數(shù)字資源構(gòu)建流程圖為基礎(chǔ),以數(shù)字內(nèi)容構(gòu)建為路徑。模型中,組織是數(shù)字資源構(gòu)建的起點(diǎn),組織者處于一定的目的發(fā)起數(shù)字資源構(gòu)建,有了組織行為數(shù)字資源構(gòu)建才能正式開始;調(diào)查與支持是第二步,調(diào)查是為了使所構(gòu)建的數(shù)字資源能夠滿足受眾的需要,支持是組織者向其他機(jī)構(gòu)尋求技術(shù)、資金等支持以使數(shù)字資源構(gòu)建行為能夠順利進(jìn)行;執(zhí)行是數(shù)字資源構(gòu)建的核心,執(zhí)行是將數(shù)字內(nèi)容集成融合為數(shù)字資源的過程與行為,在這個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)形成數(shù)字資源;提供是組織者將所形成的數(shù)字資源向受眾提供的動(dòng)態(tài)環(huán)節(jié);使用是受眾的行為,這一環(huán)節(jié)將產(chǎn)生數(shù)字資源構(gòu)建效果;反饋是受眾對數(shù)字資源使用效果的反應(yīng);保護(hù)涉及執(zhí)行、提供等多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),主要是對數(shù)字資源版權(quán)的保護(hù),以維護(hù)數(shù)字資源的使用價(jià)值;研究是對數(shù)字資源構(gòu)建各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的科學(xué)研究,形成對數(shù)字資源構(gòu)建的學(xué)術(shù)支撐。
[Abstract]:With the development of digital technology and Internet, the virtual world has become its own, forming a digital world which is related to the real world but completely different. In real life, the competition in politics, economy and culture also spreads quietly in the digital world. The digital information resources are the core of the competition. The digital technology developed countries possess and utilize the digital information resources. Far ahead of other countries in speed and scope, these developed countries are in a dominant position in the digital world competition. China, as a developing country, has a late start of digital technology. Although it has developed rapidly in recent years, there is still a gap between China and developed countries. As a result, China's politics, economy and culture are at a disadvantage in the digital world, and it is in urgent need of digital resource support. Based on the needs of politics, economy and culture, the construction of digital resources in our country is urgent. This paper summarizes the research on digital resources at home and abroad, finds that the research on the construction of digital resources is relatively lacking, compares and analyzes the political, economic and cultural environment at home and abroad, and indicates the urgency of the construction of digital resources in China. This paper analyzes the digital resources by using the prototype structure of the scientific existence, forms the prototype structure of the scientific existence of the digital resources, explores the elements of the construction of the digital resources, and forms the flow chart of the construction of the digital resources. This paper discusses the reasons why the digital content is transformed into digital resources, analyzes the digital content by using the prototype structure of scientific existence, forms the prototype structure of the scientific existence of digital content and the process of constructing digital content, and establishes the model of digital content construction. On the basis of the prototype structure of digital content science, the model of digital content construction, the flow of digital resource construction, and the prototype structure of scientific existence of digital content, the model diagram of digital resource construction is concluded. The model proposed in this paper is supported by the prototype structure of scientific existence, based on the flow chart of digital resource construction and based on the path of digital content construction. In the model, the organization is the starting point of the construction of digital resources, the organizers initiate the construction of the digital resources for a certain purpose, the construction of the digital resources can begin with the organization behavior, and the investigation and support is the second step. The purpose of the investigation is to enable the digital resources constructed to meet the needs of the audience, and the support is that the organizers seek support from other organizations for technical, financial and other support to enable the construction of digital resources to proceed smoothly; implementation is the core of the digital resource construction. Implementation is the process and behavior of integrating digital content into digital resources, forming digital resources in this link; providing is the dynamic link that organizers provide the formed digital resources to the audience; using is the behavior of the audience. This link will produce the effect of digital resource construction, feedback is the response of the audience to the effect of using digital resource, protection involves implementing, providing and so on, mainly the protection of digital resource copyright, in order to maintain the use value of digital resource; The research is the scientific research on every link of digital resource construction, and forms the academic support to the construction of digital resource.

This paper summarizes the research on digital resources at home and abroad, finds that the research on the construction of digital resources is relatively lacking, compares and analyzes the political, economic and cultural environment at home and abroad, and indicates the urgency of the construction of digital resources in China.
