中國與泰國在軌道交通裝備領(lǐng)域的合作研究

【摘要】:中國與泰國在軌道交通裝備領(lǐng)域的合作目前基本處于待開發(fā)狀態(tài)。由于自身鐵路市場發(fā)展較緩慢,整體水平較落后,泰國的車輛檢修還主要依靠人工進(jìn)行,處于中國上世紀(jì)70、80年代左右的水平。因此,中國與泰國在軌道交通方面的主要合作還是鐵路的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)和機(jī)車車輛的采購,對于關(guān)乎軌道交通運(yùn)營安全的車輛檢修領(lǐng)域基本為藍(lán)海。中泰在軌道交通裝備領(lǐng)域的合作正處于機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)并存的時(shí)期。其機(jī)遇,主要體現(xiàn)在“一帶一路”等國家戰(zhàn)略的支持、中泰兩國良好的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系、泰國國家政策和資金對于軌道交通建設(shè)的支持、泰國軌道交通巨大的需求量、泰國經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)步上升,以及中國軌道交通裝備企業(yè)豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用。其挑戰(zhàn),表現(xiàn)為泰國變幻莫測的政局、泰國較低的增長預(yù)期,以及來自國際各方的激烈競爭和融資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等。本文認(rèn)為,中泰兩國在軌道交通裝備領(lǐng)域的合作大有可為。為推進(jìn)中泰兩國的軌道交通裝備合作,中資企業(yè)需要緊跟國家戰(zhàn)略、了解泰國當(dāng)?shù)厥袌、?shí)施本土化經(jīng)營、審慎選擇好的合作伙伴、充分了解競爭對手情況。同時(shí),中企應(yīng)抱團(tuán)出海,聚合軌道交通行業(yè)形成三極合力,并注重打造中國軌道交通裝備品牌。
[Abstract]:China and Thailand in the field of rail transit equipment cooperation is basically in the state of development. Due to the slow development of its own railway market and the backward overall level, the inspection and repair of vehicles in Thailand mainly depends on manual work, which is in the level of China in the 1970s and 1980s. Therefore, the main cooperation between China and Thailand in rail transit is the railway infrastructure and the purchase of rolling stock, and the field of vehicle inspection and repair which is related to the safety of rail transit operation is basically Blue Sea. The cooperation between China and Thailand in the field of rail transit equipment is in the period of both opportunities and challenges. Its opportunities are mainly reflected in the support of "Belt and Road" and other national strategies, the good political and economic relations between China and Thailand, the support of Thailand's national policies and funds for the construction of rail transit, and the huge demand for Thailand's rail transit. Thailand's economy is steadily rising, as well as China's rail transit equipment companies rich experience and the application of new technologies. The challenges are the country's volatile political situation, Thailand's low growth expectations, and fierce competition and financing risks from all over the world. In this paper, the cooperation between China and Thailand in the field of rail transit equipment is promising. In order to promote the cooperation of rail transit equipment between China and Thailand, Chinese enterprises need to closely follow the national strategy, understand the local market in Thailand, implement local operations, carefully select good partners, and fully understand the situation of competitors. At the same time, Chinese enterprises should go out to sea, converge rail transit industry to form a three-pole force, and focus on building China rail transport equipment brand.
