【摘要】：婚俗是一個(gè)民族或者一個(gè)地區(qū)民俗文化發(fā)展的縮影,它圍繞著人們的戀愛和嫁娶形成了一整套完整的體系。該體系涉及人們婚姻的方方面面,同時(shí)也反映了中華民族深層的文化心理�；樗孜幕侵腥A民族文化的瑰寶,是其重要的組成部分。然而,隨著改革開放的深入和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,我國(guó)在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、教育等方面都發(fā)生了深刻的變化,而且變化還將繼續(xù)進(jìn)行。在這種文化浪潮的沖擊下,任何地方的文化都不可避免的被卷入其中,婚俗也不例外。針對(duì)這種現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,筆者通過文獻(xiàn)檢索,查找并閱讀了婚俗方面的許多資料。通過對(duì)這些研究成果的深入研究與分析,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn),近年來,許多學(xué)者對(duì)婚俗問題十分重視,并且取得了一定的研究成果。然而有關(guān)山西地方婚俗文化研究的成果非常之少�，F(xiàn)有的研究成果,也僅是限于對(duì)婚俗進(jìn)行具體的闡述,并未對(duì)婚俗中存在的一些陋俗現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行具體的分析,并提出解決的思路。在現(xiàn)有的研究成果不能滿足時(shí)代發(fā)展要求的情況下,應(yīng)該從全新的角度出發(fā),加強(qiáng)山西地方婚俗文化研究。婚俗屬于一種社會(huì)模式,其變遷必然帶有經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和文化變遷的深深烙印,在不同的歷史發(fā)展階段,婚俗文化呈現(xiàn)出了不同的特征。因此,筆者在文獻(xiàn)研究和田野調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)之上,闡述了從清末民國(guó)時(shí)期到新中國(guó)成立以來山西婚俗文化的變遷過程。通過對(duì)這一變遷過程的分析和思考,得出了這樣的結(jié)論:隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,山西婚俗無論在形式還是內(nèi)容方面都取得了很大的進(jìn)步。與此同時(shí),人們的思想觀念和生活方式發(fā)生了改變,一些落后的婚俗思想和行為方式也被保留或延續(xù)下來。針對(duì)山西婚俗中的陋俗現(xiàn)象,結(jié)合目前建設(shè)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的要求,本文從馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家婚姻道德觀、加強(qiáng)婚俗文化研究、繼承優(yōu)秀婚俗文化、民政部門有所作為、推進(jìn)法治建設(shè)和廣泛傳播婚俗文化六個(gè)方面探討了如何構(gòu)建文明向上的山西婚俗文化。筆者希望山西婚俗文化能夠向著積極向上的方向發(fā)展,并且在社會(huì)發(fā)展的過程中發(fā)揮出婚俗積極正面的導(dǎo)向作用,從而為社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)作出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Marriage custom is the epitome of the development of folk culture of a nation or a region. It forms a complete system around people's love and marriage. The system involves all aspects of people's marriage, but also reflects the deep cultural psychology of the Chinese nation. Marriage culture is a treasure of Chinese culture and an important part of it. However, with the deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous development of market economy, China has undergone profound changes in politics, economy, culture, education and so on, and the changes will continue. Under the impact of this cultural wave, culture everywhere is inevitably involved, marriage custom is no exception. In view of this kind of realistic question, the author through the literature retrieval, looked up and read the marriage custom aspect many materials. Through the in-depth study and analysis of these research results, the author found that in recent years, many scholars pay great attention to the marriage custom, and have made certain research results. However, there are very few achievements in the study of local marriage culture in Shanxi. The existing research results are only limited to the specific elaboration of the marriage custom, not the existence of some vulgar phenomenon in the marriage custom to carry on the concrete analysis, and puts forward the solution thought. Under the condition that the existing research results can not meet the requirements of the development of the times, we should strengthen the study of Shanxi's local marriage culture from a new angle. Marriage custom belongs to a kind of social pattern, its vicissitude must carry the deep imprint of economic and social development and cultural change, in the different historical development stage, the marriage custom culture presents the different characteristic. Therefore, on the basis of literature research and field investigation, the author expounds the vicissitude process of Shanxi marriage custom culture from the period of the late Qing Dynasty to the founding of New China. Through the analysis and thinking of this vicissitude, this paper draws such a conclusion: with the development and progress of the society, Shanxi marriage custom has made great progress in both form and content. At the same time, people's ideas and ways of life have changed, and some backward marriage customs have been preserved or continued. In view of the vulgar phenomenon in Shanxi marriage customs and the requirements of building a harmonious socialist society at present, this paper focuses on the Marxist classic writer's concept of marriage morality, strengthens the study of marriage custom culture, inherits the excellent marriage custom culture, and makes some achievements in the civil affairs department. This paper probes into how to construct a civilized and progressive Shanxi marriage custom culture from six aspects of promoting the construction of the rule of law and widely spreading the marriage custom culture. The author hopes that Shanxi marriage culture can develop in a positive direction and play a positive and positive guiding role in the process of social development so as to make due contributions to the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
