【摘要】：正高校安全穩(wěn)定是高等教育事業(yè)科學發(fā)展的基礎,關系到國家政治、經(jīng)濟和文化等方面的穩(wěn)定。在維護高校安全穩(wěn)定工作中,"以人為本"凸顯大學生的主體地位,發(fā)揮大學生的積極作用,是新形勢下提高高校工作實效性的迫切要求,也是高校工作理念發(fā)展變革的應有趨勢。高校學生干部是大學生中的優(yōu)秀群體,思想活躍,綜合素質(zhì)高,是高校安全穩(wěn)定工作的主要對象和依靠力量,充分發(fā)揮其優(yōu)勢和作用,有助于完善高校安全穩(wěn)定工作體系。
[Abstract]:The security and stability of colleges and universities is the foundation of the scientific development of higher education, and relates to the stability of national politics, economy and culture. In the work of maintaining the safety and stability of colleges and universities, "people-oriented" highlights the main position of college students and gives full play to the positive role of college students, which is an urgent requirement to improve the effectiveness of work in colleges and universities under the new situation. It is also the trend of the development and reform of the work concept in colleges and universities. College student cadres are an excellent group of college students with active thoughts and high comprehensive quality. They are the main object and rely on strength of safety and stability work in colleges and universities, give full play to their advantages and functions, and contribute to the improvement of the work system of safety and stability in colleges and universities.
