S公司用工本地化策略研究

【摘要】:近幾年,隨著我國(guó)的“民工荒”問(wèn)題愈演愈烈,珠三角地區(qū)部分企業(yè)開(kāi)始嘗試采用用工本地化策略來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)“民工荒”,這種應(yīng)對(duì)方式的效果日益顯現(xiàn)。通過(guò)這部分企業(yè)對(duì)用工本地化策略的不斷探索和完善,企業(yè)用工本地化策略正逐漸成為解決企業(yè)用工短缺問(wèn)題的有效方法之一。 本文以廣東省清遠(yuǎn)市S公司為例,采用訪談、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等方法,首先介紹了S公司企業(yè)用工管理現(xiàn)狀;然后從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、企業(yè)的招聘、員工的穩(wěn)定性、用工成本、新時(shí)代農(nóng)民工的訴求七個(gè)方面,對(duì)S公司的用工本地化策略產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行了分析;接下來(lái)對(duì)S公司用工本地化策略調(diào)研過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的管理層人員結(jié)構(gòu)、員工招聘手段、離職挽留等方面的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了歸納、總結(jié);最后,提出了完善S公司用工本地化策略的對(duì)策建議,如重視本地員工推薦招聘策略、完善離職挽留體系、員工職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃、建議多樣的本地留人機(jī)制等。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the growing problem of "shortage of migrant workers" in our country, some enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region have begun to try to adopt the strategy of localization of employment to deal with the "shortage of migrant workers", the effect of which is increasingly apparent. Through the continuous exploration and perfection of the localization strategy, the localization strategy is becoming one of the effective methods to solve the shortage problem. Taking the S Company of Qingyuan City in Guangdong Province as an example, this paper first introduces the current situation of employment management of S Company by means of interviews and questionnaires, and then introduces the current situation of employment management in S Company, and then from the aspects of political, economic, social, enterprise recruitment, employee stability, employment cost, etc. Seven aspects of the demands of migrant workers in the new era, analyzed the reasons for the localization of employment strategy of S company, then found the structure of management staff and the means of recruitment of employees in the process of research on the localization strategy of employment in S company. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the localization strategy of employment in S company, such as paying attention to the local staff recommendation and recruitment strategy, perfecting the system of retention, career planning, and so on. Suggest a variety of local retention mechanisms and so on.
