【摘要】：隨著世界政治經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,國(guó)家與地區(qū)之間在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化和科技等領(lǐng)域的交流越來越頻繁。國(guó)家之間相互依賴性增加,需要向它國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)借鑒經(jīng)驗(yàn)和知識(shí),因此翻譯越來越成為國(guó)際交流的重要方式。 本文是《減少食物損失與浪費(fèi)》的翻譯報(bào)告。《減少食物損失與浪費(fèi)》是“創(chuàng)造一個(gè)可持續(xù)的糧食未來”項(xiàng)目第二期的工作報(bào)告,是2013年世界環(huán)境日發(fā)布的工作報(bào)告,其發(fā)布了聯(lián)合國(guó)糧食和農(nóng)業(yè)組織(FAO)已有的研究成果,由世界資源研究所(WRI)和聯(lián)合國(guó)環(huán)境署規(guī)劃署(UNEP)共同撰寫完成。本工作報(bào)告闡述了當(dāng)今世界食物損失與浪費(fèi)的現(xiàn)狀,食物損失與浪費(fèi)的定義,說明了問題的嚴(yán)重性,減少食物損失與浪費(fèi)產(chǎn)生的潛在好處以及具體的措施與方法。 本翻譯報(bào)告的主要內(nèi)容分為四個(gè)部分：第一部分介紹了翻譯項(xiàng)目背景及翻譯項(xiàng)目的意義。第二部分為項(xiàng)目描述,包括原文的內(nèi)容,語(yǔ)言風(fēng)格和結(jié)構(gòu)介紹以及譯前所做的準(zhǔn)備工作。第三部分分析了翻譯項(xiàng)目過程中運(yùn)用的翻譯理論,翻譯目標(biāo),遇到的重點(diǎn),難點(diǎn)及采用的翻譯方法。運(yùn)用的理論是賴斯的文本類型理論。重點(diǎn)包括術(shù)語(yǔ)和組織機(jī)構(gòu)名稱的翻譯及圖表翻譯。難點(diǎn)包括長(zhǎng)難句的翻譯與工作報(bào)告語(yǔ)言風(fēng)格的保持。采用的翻譯方法是轉(zhuǎn)譯,倒置法和拆譯。第四部分總結(jié)了在翻譯工作報(bào)告的過程中所得到的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)、啟發(fā)和指出仍待解決的問題。其中第三部分是本翻譯報(bào)告的主要部分。本翻譯報(bào)告以賴斯的文本類型理論為翻譯理論指導(dǎo),確定翻譯材料為信息型文本,其主要功能是傳達(dá)信息,因此譯者努力使用正式簡(jiǎn)潔清晰的語(yǔ)言使譯文準(zhǔn)確傳達(dá)原文信息,努力保持譯文規(guī)范、流暢。
[Abstract]:With the development of world politics and economy, the exchanges between countries and regions in politics, economy, culture and science and technology are more and more frequent. Due to the increasing interdependence between countries, it is necessary to learn from other countries to learn from experience and knowledge. Therefore, translation is becoming an important way of international communication. This is the translated report of "reducing Food loss and waste". "reducing Food loss and waste" is the work report of the second phase of the "Building a Sustainable Food Future", which was issued on World Environment Day in 2013. It released the results of a study by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), co-authored by the World Resources Institute (WRI) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). This work report describes the current situation of food loss and waste in the world, the definition of food loss and waste, illustrates the seriousness of the problem, the potential benefits of reducing food loss and waste, as well as the specific measures and methods. The main contents of this translation report are divided into four parts: the first part introduces the background of the translation project and the significance of the translation project. The second part is the description of the project, including the content of the original text, language style and structure, as well as the preparatory work done before translation. The third part analyzes the translation theory, translation objectives, key points, difficulties and translation methods used in translation projects. The theory used is Rice's text type theory. Emphasis is placed on the translation of terminology and organizational names, as well as chart translation. The difficulties include the translation of long and difficult sentences and the maintenance of the style of work report language. The translation methods used are transliteration, inversion and disassembly. The fourth part summarizes the experiences and lessons learned in the process of translating the report and points out the problems still to be solved. The third part is the main part of this translation report. This translation report is guided by Rice's text typology theory and determines that the translation material is an informational text, and its main function is to convey information. Therefore, the translator tries to use formal, concise and clear language to accurately convey the original text information. Strive to keep the translation standard and smooth.
