【摘要】：伴隨著我國政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化和社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的深刻變革,人們被分成不同的利益群體。各個(gè)利益群體間的矛盾沖突凸顯,群體性事件頻頻發(fā)生。在人人都是“麥克風(fēng)”的網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代,可以在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上表達(dá)自己對(duì)公共事件的意見和態(tài)度。以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為背景的群體性事件,相比傳統(tǒng)的群體性事件而言,規(guī)模更大,影響更廣。近年來的群體性事件已經(jīng)影響到社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定與和諧,研究群體性事件中的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情,對(duì)于我們應(yīng)對(duì)和處理群體性事件,維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定具有重要意義。本文通過對(duì)群體性事件中網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的研究,指出了群體性事件中網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的特點(diǎn)；以群體性事件中網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的生命周期及其構(gòu)成要素來說明群體性事件中網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的形成過程,形成原因,并輔以案例進(jìn)行了深入分析；提出了相應(yīng)的引導(dǎo)策略。
[Abstract]:With the profound changes in our country's political, economic, cultural and social structure, people are divided into different interest groups. Contradictions and conflicts among various interest groups are highlighted, and group incidents occur frequently. In the internet age where everyone is a microphone, you can express your opinion and attitude to public affairs on the Internet. Compared with traditional group events, group events with Internet background are larger in scale and more influential. In recent years, the group events have affected the social stability and harmony. It is of great significance to study the network public opinion in the group events for us to deal with the group events and maintain social stability. Through the study of network public opinion in group events, this paper points out the characteristics of network public opinion in group events, explains the forming process of network public opinion in group events with the life cycle of network public opinion in group events and its constituent elements. The reasons of formation are analyzed in depth, and the corresponding guiding strategies are put forward.
