江西博萊高科發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:我國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展歷史悠久,長期以來農(nóng)業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟的基礎產(chǎn)業(yè),在國民經(jīng)濟中占有重要地位,加快實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化是促進我國經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展,提高國際競爭力,實現(xiàn)中國夢的重要組成部分,因此農(nóng)業(yè)在國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進程中,對整個國民經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)定健康發(fā)展有著重要意義,還因為我國農(nóng)村面積大,人口多的狀況,農(nóng)業(yè)的良性發(fā)展關系到國計民生,具有重要的政治意義。近年來,中央提出了農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,本文對農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化龍頭企業(yè)江西博萊農(nóng)業(yè)高科技股份有限公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行了研究,對該企業(yè)的基本現(xiàn)狀進行了充分調(diào)查,江西博萊農(nóng)業(yè)高科技股份有限公司是以豬肉加工業(yè)為中心的集團公司,集團以農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)發(fā)展為目標,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈建設初具規(guī)模,本研究運用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論分析工具對如何制定公司戰(zhàn)略進行了詳細分析,用PEST分析法分析了公司的政治、經(jīng)濟、社會文化和科技外部環(huán)境情況對公司發(fā)展的影響,運用戰(zhàn)略管理中的波特五力競爭分析法分析公司的市場競爭力、運用SWOT分析法分析公司發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會和威脅,在上述因素分析的基礎上得出該公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略:開拓新市場,開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品,提高產(chǎn)品的市場占有率;完善產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,加快一體化建設;實施品牌戰(zhàn)略,建設行業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)。在如何保障戰(zhàn)略的實施上,提出了從企業(yè)的人才和制度建設、資金和技術水平上進行保障。
[Abstract]:China has a long history of agricultural development. For a long time, agriculture is the basic industry of our national economy and occupies an important position in the national economy. Speeding up the realization of agricultural modernization is to promote the rapid economic development of our country and improve its international competitiveness. The realization of Chinese Dream is an important component, so agriculture is of great significance to the stable and healthy development of the whole national economy in the process of national economic development, and also because of the large rural area and large population in our country. The benign development of agriculture relates to the national economy and people's livelihood, has the important political significance. In recent years, the central government has put forward the development strategy of agricultural industrialization. In this paper, the development strategy of Jiangxi Bolai Agricultural High-Tech Co., Ltd., a leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization, has been studied, and the basic status of this enterprise has been fully investigated. Jiangxi Bolai Agricultural High-Tech Co., Ltd. is a group company with pork processing industry as its center. The group aims at the development of agricultural ecology, and the industrial chain construction is beginning to take shape. This study makes a detailed analysis of how to formulate the company strategy by using the enterprise strategy management theory analysis tool, and analyzes the influence of the company's politics, economy, social culture and the external environment of science and technology on the company's development by pest analysis. This paper analyzes the market competitiveness of the company by using Porter's five forces competitive analysis method in strategic management, and analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company's development by using SWOT analysis method. Based on the analysis of the above factors, the development strategy of the company is obtained: to open up new market, to develop new products, to increase the market share of the products, to perfect the industrial chain, to speed up the integration construction, to implement the brand strategy and to build the leading enterprises in the industry. How to guarantee the implementation of the strategy is put forward from the talent and system construction, capital and technical level.
