【摘要】：世界金融危機和歐債危機刺激新興產(chǎn)業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展，世界各國對新興產(chǎn)業(yè)關鍵核心技術的競爭愈演愈烈。戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)是典型的創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動型產(chǎn)業(yè)，重大技術突破是戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的關鍵。模塊化生產(chǎn)方式大大降低產(chǎn)業(yè)突破性技術創(chuàng)新的風險和研發(fā)成本，縮短產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新周期，增強產(chǎn)業(yè)整體競爭實力，從而獲得巨大經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。然而要占據(jù)世界政治經(jīng)濟制高點需要在實現(xiàn)核心模塊突破性技術創(chuàng)新后建立嚴密、科學的技術標準體系，這需要科學的產(chǎn)業(yè)突破性技術創(chuàng)新路徑和實現(xiàn)機制作支撐。 本文主要研究戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)突破性技術創(chuàng)新路徑和實現(xiàn)機制。分析戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)、突破性技術創(chuàng)新和模塊化的內(nèi)涵與特征，重點揭示戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)突破性技術創(chuàng)新機理，總結影響戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)突破性技術創(chuàng)新的影響因素。設計戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)突破性技術創(chuàng)新路徑：“外圍模塊→核心模塊”路徑、“核心模塊→架構規(guī)則”路徑和“架構規(guī)則→核心模塊”路徑，并設計路徑的選擇方法。設計戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)突破性技術創(chuàng)新實現(xiàn)機制，主要包括動力機制、協(xié)調(diào)機制、績效評價機制和利益分配機制，為戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)按照選擇的路徑順利發(fā)展提供機制保障。最后，論文以大飛機產(chǎn)業(yè)為實證對象，研究大飛機產(chǎn)業(yè)突破性技術創(chuàng)新路徑和實現(xiàn)機制。通過對大飛機產(chǎn)業(yè)突破性技術創(chuàng)新路徑、實現(xiàn)機制現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題進行系統(tǒng)分析，，提出大飛機產(chǎn)業(yè)突破性技術創(chuàng)新對策和建議。為我國戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)突破性技術創(chuàng)新路徑的選擇和科學管理提供理論和方法支持，從而推進我國戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)突破性技術創(chuàng)新進程，提高戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)突破性技術創(chuàng)新水平和競爭實力。
[Abstract]:The world financial crisis and European debt crisis stimulate the rapid development of emerging industries. Strategic emerging industry is a typical innovation-driven industry, and major technological breakthrough is the key to sustainable development of strategic emerging industry. The modular mode of production greatly reduces the risk and R & D cost of industrial breakthrough technological innovation, shortens the cycle of industrial innovation, and strengthens the overall competitive strength of the industry, thus obtaining great economic and social benefits. However, in order to occupy the commanding heights of world politics and economy, it is necessary to establish a strict and scientific technical standard system after realizing the breakthrough technological innovation of the core modules. This paper mainly studies the path and realization mechanism of breakthrough technology innovation in strategic emerging industries. This paper analyzes on the connotation and characteristics of strategic emerging industry, breakthrough technological innovation and modularization, emphasizes on revealing the mechanism of strategic emerging industry breakthrough technological innovation, and summarizes the influencing factors of strategic emerging industry breakthrough technological innovation. To design the breakthrough technology innovation path of strategic emerging industry: "periphery module", "core module" and "architecture rule" path, and design the method of path selection. To design a breakthrough technology innovation mechanism of strategic emerging industries, including power mechanism, coordination mechanism, performance evaluation mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism, to provide a mechanism for the smooth development of strategic emerging industries according to the chosen path. Finally, the paper takes the large aircraft industry as the empirical object, studies the breakthrough technology innovation path and the realization mechanism of the large aircraft industry. Based on the systematic analysis of the path of breakthrough technology innovation, the actualization mechanism and the existing problems of the large aircraft industry, the countermeasures and suggestions for the breakthrough technology innovation in the large aircraft industry are put forward. To provide theoretical and methodological support for the choice and scientific management of the path of breakthrough technology innovation in China's strategic emerging industries, thereby promoting the process of breakthrough technology innovation in China's strategic emerging industries. We will improve the level of breakthrough technological innovation and competitive strength in strategic emerging industries.
