【摘要】：在中國(guó)與世界各國(guó)日益密切的合作與交流中，中國(guó)口岸城市發(fā)揮了至關(guān)重要的作用。其中黑龍江省黑河市利用地域優(yōu)勢(shì)，多次召開專門會(huì)議探討如何與他國(guó)開展更利于雙方發(fā)展的合作。此次翻譯項(xiàng)目是受黑河市政府對(duì)外辦事處委托，翻譯對(duì)象為黑河市長(zhǎng)在全市對(duì)外合作轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)工程推進(jìn)會(huì)議上的會(huì)議報(bào)告。該報(bào)告闡述了黑河市在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等各個(gè)方面對(duì)外如何轉(zhuǎn)變，對(duì)黑河市的外宣工作起到了舉足輕重的作用。 會(huì)議報(bào)告是主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人或相關(guān)代表人物在重要會(huì)議和群眾集會(huì)上發(fā)表的指導(dǎo)性講話，它屬于政府公文的一種，是書面文字材料，又是會(huì)議文件的重要組成部分和貫徹會(huì)議精神的依據(jù)，同時(shí)也是供查閱的歷史資料。會(huì)議報(bào)告的英譯研究是一個(gè)較新的領(lǐng)域，大多是以政府工作會(huì)議報(bào)告和相關(guān)口譯為主。然而，會(huì)議報(bào)告的英譯版大多是本國(guó)人所譯，難免會(huì)出現(xiàn)“中式英語(yǔ)”，盡管英文版的會(huì)議報(bào)告頻繁出現(xiàn)，但是國(guó)內(nèi)外的認(rèn)可度不高。此次翻譯實(shí)踐的完成，有助于源文本在中譯俄的基礎(chǔ)上，提供多語(yǔ)言翻譯，更有助于中俄以外的其他投資國(guó)了解黑河市的基本情況和發(fā)展前景，起到真正的對(duì)外宣傳的作用，使其獲得更多的發(fā)展契機(jī)。 本次翻譯實(shí)踐不僅是以譯者的身份，更是從對(duì)家鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展的關(guān)心和熱愛的角度，對(duì)此文本進(jìn)行翻譯。在譯前準(zhǔn)備階段，筆者搜集了政論類會(huì)議報(bào)告的平行文本，總結(jié)了其中常用的詞匯、短語(yǔ)和句式的特點(diǎn)，為不斷地修正并改進(jìn)譯文提供參考，以提高譯文的專業(yè)性。譯中筆者采用功能主義學(xué)派的文本類型理論和以翻譯導(dǎo)向的文本分析模式為分析理論，以嚴(yán)復(fù)的“信、達(dá)、雅”翻譯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作為理論指導(dǎo)，還原具體的翻譯過(guò)程，總結(jié)出會(huì)議報(bào)告的文本特點(diǎn)和語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn)。筆者對(duì)在翻譯過(guò)程中遇到的典型問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入分析，重點(diǎn)探討如何在會(huì)議報(bào)告的翻譯中選擇適宜的翻譯技巧和方法。譯后由譯員總結(jié)會(huì)議報(bào)告的翻譯策略并總結(jié)相關(guān)術(shù)語(yǔ)，由導(dǎo)師監(jiān)督審核，委托方確認(rèn)完成。與此同時(shí)，譯者在翻譯此類文本時(shí)建立會(huì)議報(bào)告翻譯的語(yǔ)料庫(kù)，為筆者在以后的翻譯此類文本時(shí)提供參考，，并為相似類型的文本翻譯提供借鑒。 在翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告完成后，譯者需要對(duì)翻譯這種涉及多語(yǔ)言、多文化的活動(dòng)有全面的了解，需要對(duì)翻譯項(xiàng)目的組織和實(shí)施重視起來(lái)，在翻譯準(zhǔn)備工作、翻譯過(guò)程、委托方的要求和目標(biāo)語(yǔ)讀者的回饋等方面進(jìn)行綜合考量。同時(shí)，筆者通過(guò)本次翻譯實(shí)踐，意識(shí)到一名合格的譯員應(yīng)具備的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Chinese port cities play a vital role in the closer cooperation and exchanges between China and the rest of the world. Hei he City in Heilongjiang Province has held special meetings many times to discuss how to develop cooperation with other countries. The translation project was commissioned by the Heihe Municipal Government Office for Foreign Affairs. The target of the translation is the meeting report of Heihe City Minister at the conference on the transformation and promotion of the city's foreign cooperation and upgrading project. The report expounds how Heihe city changes in politics, economy, culture and so on, and plays an important role in the publicity work of Heihe city. The report of the meeting is a guiding speech made by major leaders or relevant representatives at important meetings and mass rallies. It is a form of government document and is written material. It is also an important part of the meeting documents and the basis for carrying out the spirit of the meeting. The translation of conference reports into English is a relatively new field, mostly focused on government working meeting reports and related interpretation. However, the English version of the conference report is mostly translated by native people, and "Chinglish" will inevitably appear. Although the English version of the conference report appears frequently, the recognition at home and abroad is not high. The completion of this translation practice will help the source text to provide multilingual translation on the basis of Chinese-Russian translation. It will also help other investment countries other than China and Russia to understand the basic situation and development prospects of the Heihe market and play a real role in publicizing the situation abroad. Make it gain more development opportunity. The translation practice is not only as a translator, but also from the angle of concern and love for the development of his hometown. In the stage of preparation for translation, the author collects the parallel texts of the report of the political conference, summarizes the characteristics of the commonly used words, phrases and sentence patterns, and provides a reference for the continuous revision and improvement of the translation in order to improve the professionalism of the translation. The author adopts the functionalist text type theory, the translator-oriented text analysis model as the analysis theory, and the Yan Fu's "letter, reach, elegance" translation criteria as the theoretical guidance to restore the specific translation process. The text and language characteristics of the conference report are summarized. The author makes a thorough analysis of the typical problems encountered in the process of translation, and focuses on how to select appropriate translation techniques and methods in the translation of conference reports. After translation, the translator will summarize the translation strategy of the conference report and summarize the relevant terminology, which will be supervised and reviewed by the supervisor and confirmed by the client. At the same time, the translator establishes the corpus of conference report translation in the translation of this kind of text, which provides the reference for the author to translate such text in the future, and also for the similar type of text translation. After the translation practice report is completed, the translator needs to have a comprehensive understanding of the multilingual and multicultural activities involved in translation, and to attach importance to the organization and implementation of the translation project, in the process of translation preparation and translation. The client's request and the target reader's feedback are considered synthetically. At the same time, through this translation practice, the author realizes the professional accomplishment of a qualified interpreter.
