【摘要】：國家意識形態(tài)是政治上層建筑的重要組成部分,為現(xiàn)存基本政治經(jīng)濟制度提供理論支撐,引領(lǐng)、支配并規(guī)范著其他各種社會意識形式。蘇聯(lián)解體后,俄羅斯走上國家轉(zhuǎn)型之路,一度將國家意識形態(tài)作為極權(quán)制度的標志予以否定。國家意識形態(tài)缺失的思想多元化導致俄羅斯民族經(jīng)歷了深刻的國家認同和基本價值觀危機。葉利欽執(zhí)政后期開始把建設“俄羅斯民族思想”作為政治任務提上日程；普京當選總統(tǒng)后,在國家發(fā)展的不同階段,對意識形態(tài)建設進行了自覺認知、實踐探索和理性思考,形成了比較完整的“普京主義”思想體系�！捌站┲髁x”在維護俄羅斯社會穩(wěn)定、民族團結(jié),促進俄羅斯經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、外交獨立和恢復強國形象和大國地位中發(fā)揮了重要作用。國內(nèi)外目前直接以俄羅斯意識形態(tài)為主題的研究并不多,且比較零散。俄羅斯意識形態(tài)構(gòu)建尚處于動態(tài)變化之中,最新研究成果也較少。本文以俄羅斯轉(zhuǎn)型期意識形態(tài)為題,選取四個重點問題進行研究：一是梳理轉(zhuǎn)型期俄羅斯意識形態(tài)歷史演變的主要脈絡；二是分析“普京主義”意識形態(tài)的理論框架、基本內(nèi)涵和本質(zhì)特征；三是揭示俄羅斯意識形態(tài)與現(xiàn)實政治經(jīng)濟外交間的多元互動關(guān)系；四是探討俄羅斯意識形態(tài)國家掌控的內(nèi)在邏輯和具體路徑。本文圍繞上述四個方面展開論述,構(gòu)建了文章的基本框架。第一章概述了意識形態(tài)概念和馬克思主義相關(guān)理論,使相關(guān)研究有一個相對明晰的前提；第二章闡述了俄羅斯意識形態(tài)發(fā)展的歷史背景和現(xiàn)實基礎；第三章對轉(zhuǎn)型期俄羅斯意識形態(tài)發(fā)展的四個歷史階段進行了梳理和分析；第四章探討了“普京主義”意識形態(tài)的理論框架、基本內(nèi)涵和本質(zhì)特征；第五章闡述了俄羅斯意識形態(tài)國家掌控的理論、現(xiàn)實和行為邏輯,并總結(jié)了其具體途徑。第六章探討了俄羅斯意識形態(tài)對社會轉(zhuǎn)型各方面中的影響。第七章探討了俄羅斯意識形態(tài)建設面臨的困境與挑戰(zhàn)。本文在結(jié)束語部分對轉(zhuǎn)型期俄羅斯意識形態(tài)發(fā)展的基本情況進行了簡要回顧,初步提煉了俄羅斯意識形態(tài)建設的一般規(guī)律,為各轉(zhuǎn)型國家的意識形態(tài)建設提供借鑒,并對俄羅斯意識形態(tài)的未來發(fā)展進行了合理預測。
[Abstract]:National ideology is an important part of political superstructure, which provides theoretical support for the existing basic political and economic system, leading, dominating and standardizing various other forms of social consciousness. After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, Russia embarked on the road of national transformation and once rejected the state ideology as a sign of totalitarianism. The lack of ideological pluralism of the state ideology led to the crisis of the Russian nation's national identity and basic values. In the later period of Yeltsin's administration, the construction of "Russian national ideology" was put on the agenda as a political task. After Putin was elected president, he made conscious cognition, practical exploration and rational thinking on ideological construction at different stages of the country's development. Formed a relatively complete "Putin doctrine" ideological system. Putin's doctrine plays an important role in maintaining Russian social stability, national unity, promoting Russia's economic development, diplomatic independence and restoring the image and status of a powerful country. At present, there are few and scattered researches on Russian ideology at home and abroad. Russian ideology construction is still in dynamic change, the latest research results are also less. Based on the theme of Russian ideology in the transition period, this paper chooses four key issues to study: first, to sort out the main context of the historical evolution of Russian ideology in the transitional period; second, to analyze the theoretical framework of "Putin's doctrine" ideology. The third is to reveal the pluralistic interaction between Russian ideology and realistic political-economic diplomacy, and the fourth is to explore the internal logic and specific path of Russian ideological state control. This paper discusses the above four aspects and constructs the basic framework of the article. The first chapter summarizes the concept of ideology and the relevant Marxist theory, which makes the relevant research have a relatively clear premise, the second chapter expounds the historical background and realistic basis of the development of Russian ideology. The third chapter combs and analyzes the four historical stages of the Russian ideology development in the transition period, the fourth chapter discusses the theoretical framework, the basic connotation and the essential characteristics of the ideology of "Putin Doctrine". The fifth chapter expounds the theory, reality and behavioral logic of Russian ideological state control, and summarizes its specific ways. Chapter six discusses the influence of Russian ideology on various aspects of social transformation. Chapter seven discusses the dilemma and challenge of Russian ideology construction. In the concluding part of this paper, the author briefly reviews the basic situation of Russian ideology development in the transition period, and preliminarily refines the general law of Russian ideology construction, which can be used as a reference for the ideological construction of the countries in transition. And the future development of Russian ideology is reasonably predicted.
