【摘要】：隨著改革開放的深入，我們國家進入了新的發(fā)展機遇期。改革開放以來我國的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和農(nóng)村生活都發(fā)生了巨大的歷史性變化。位于新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)最南端的和田地區(qū)農(nóng)民也跟著與時俱進迎來了社會主義新農(nóng)村建設的春天,在政治、經(jīng)濟和文化等方面得到了發(fā)展。新聞媒體充分發(fā)揮其信息的傳播作用、政策的導向作用、對人民的教育作用等方面的功能，真實反映農(nóng)民的呼聲，傳達黨的各項惠農(nóng)政策，宣傳科學文化知識，促進了農(nóng)民思想觀念的改變。 《和田日報》是中共新疆和田地委的機關報，由和田地委主管主辦，和田地區(qū)唯一一份公開出版的報紙，是促進和田地區(qū)改革開放、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會穩(wěn)定的重要輿論宣傳陣地。60多年來，《和田日報》宣傳中共中央，自治區(qū)以及和田地委的政策，上情下達方面發(fā)揮了舉足輕重的作用。2011年8月《和田日報》社新推出了對農(nóng)�？掇r(nóng)民朋友》周刊，，開辟了維吾爾文農(nóng)民報的新的一幕。這家周刊開設多個欄目，突出報道黨和政府各項惠民政策，突出宣傳民生、文化教育等內(nèi)容為和田農(nóng)村的現(xiàn)代化做出了貢獻。本文具體對《農(nóng)民朋友》周刊的創(chuàng)刊背景、內(nèi)容和版面安排進行了比較梳理的分析，總結(jié)出了《農(nóng)民朋友》周刊的特點以及對和田農(nóng)村的作用，最后探討了辦好該周刊的意義及其現(xiàn)階段存在的不足之處并相應的改善建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, our country has entered a new period of development opportunities. Since the reform and opening up, China's agricultural production and rural life have undergone tremendous historical changes. At the southernmost end of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region, the farmers in Hotan region have also come to the spring of socialist new countryside construction with the times, and have developed in politics, economy and culture. The news media should give full play to their functions in the dissemination of information, the guiding role of policies, the role of education for the people, and so on, so as to truly reflect the voice of farmers, convey the Party's policies in favour of agriculture, and publicize scientific and cultural knowledge. Promoted the change of the farmer's idea. The "Hotan Daily" is the official newspaper of the Xinjiang Hotan Prefectural Committee of the Communist Party of China, sponsored by the head of the Hotan prefectural Committee, and the only publicly published newspaper in the Hotan region is to promote the reform and opening up in the Hotan area. Over the past 60 years or so, the "Hotan Daily" has publicized the policies of the CPC Central Committee, autonomous regions and the Hotan prefectural Party Committee. In August 2011, Hotan Daily published a new weekly on agriculture, "Peasant Friends", which opened up a new scene of Uygur Peasant newspaper. This weekly has set up many columns to highlight the policies of the Party and the government to benefit the people, to publicize the people's livelihood, and to make a contribution to the modernization of Hotan's rural areas. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the background, content and layout of the Weekly Weekly, summarizes the characteristics of the Weekly and its function to the rural areas of Hotan. Finally, the paper discusses the significance of running the Weekly and its shortcomings at the present stage and corresponding suggestions for improvement.
