【摘要】:在眾多影響企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)的因素中,一個(gè)非常重要的變量就是CEO在企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理過(guò)程中所表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為和結(jié)果。同樣的企業(yè),同等的條件,不同的CEO,就會(huì)出現(xiàn)截然不同的命運(yùn)。CEO對(duì)于一個(gè)企業(yè)的成敗與否,其作用和影響是決定性的。 美國(guó)通用電器的成功,人們通常歸結(jié)于杰克·韋爾奇的出色領(lǐng)導(dǎo);中國(guó)海爾集團(tuán)的神話,起決定性作用的是張瑞敏的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。在學(xué)術(shù)界,很多系統(tǒng)的研究也探討了CEO的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為與企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)成敗的關(guān)系。有些研究表明,CEO對(duì)于企業(yè)的成與敗是至關(guān)重要的。然而,另外一些學(xué)者和研究則認(rèn)為,CEO的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為與企業(yè)成敗之間并沒(méi)有必然的因果關(guān)系,企業(yè)所擁有的技術(shù),所處的環(huán)境、行業(yè)的特點(diǎn)、市場(chǎng)的好壞以及社會(huì)、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)制度、法律規(guī)范等因素直接影響了企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)與成敗。因此,CEO的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)與成敗的影響和作用,以及CEO的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)行為如何影響企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)與成敗等問(wèn)題還缺乏一致的結(jié)論。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容和目的,就是在國(guó)內(nèi)外已有學(xué)術(shù)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)參加EMBA學(xué)習(xí)所獲取的知識(shí)、信息與領(lǐng)悟,從戰(zhàn)略管理的角度,結(jié)合本人所在企業(yè)的實(shí)際,說(shuō)明CEO對(duì)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)與成敗所起的決定性作用。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)于企業(yè)特別是國(guó)有企業(yè)在CEO選任方面存在的一些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析研究,從企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的角度和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論為指導(dǎo),以現(xiàn)實(shí)的普遍情況和本人所在的赤天化集團(tuán)公司歷史的、具體的情況為背景,提出了擔(dān)任CEO所需具備的條件和特質(zhì),以及解決這些問(wèn)題和改革、創(chuàng)新、完善企業(yè)CEO特別是國(guó)有企業(yè)CEO的選任標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、要求、條件和方式,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)、公平、公正、有效選任企業(yè)CEO,使更多的企業(yè)能夠基業(yè)長(zhǎng)青,打造更多的“百年老店"。
[Abstract]:Among the factors that affect the performance of enterprises, one of the most important variables is the leadership behavior and results of CEO in the process of enterprise management. The same enterprise, the same conditions, different CEO, there will be a different fate. CEO for the success or failure of an enterprise, its role and influence is decisive. The success of General Electric in the United States is usually attributed to Jack Welch's outstanding leadership; the myth of China's Haier Group is that Zhang Ruimin's leadership plays a decisive role. In academia, many systematic studies have also explored the relationship between CEO leadership and business success. Some studies have shown that CEOs are critical to success and failure. However, some other scholars and researchers believe that there is no causal relationship between the leadership behavior of CEO and the success or failure of the enterprise, the technology that the enterprise possesses, the environment in which it is located, the characteristics of the industry, the quality of the market, and the social and political situation. Economic system, legal norms and other factors directly affect the business performance and success. Therefore, there is no consistent conclusion on the influence and effect of the CEO's leadership behavior on the management, success or failure of the enterprise, and how the CEO's leadership behavior affects the management and success of the enterprise. The main contents and purposes of this paper are: on the basis of the existing academic research at home and abroad, the knowledge, information and understanding gained by participating in EMBA study, from the perspective of strategic management, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise in which I live. It shows that CEO plays a decisive role in the management and success of enterprises. On this basis, some problems existing in the selection of CEO in enterprises, especially state-owned enterprises, are analyzed and studied, which are guided by the strategic management of enterprises and the theory of strategic management of enterprises. Based on the general situation of reality and the history and concrete situation of Chitian Chemical Group Company, this paper puts forward the conditions and characteristics needed to be CEO, as well as solving these problems, reforming and innovating. To perfect the selection standards, requirements, conditions and methods of enterprise CEO, especially the CEO of state-owned enterprises, in order to realize the scientific, fair, just and effective selection of CEOs, so that more and more enterprises will be able to build more "century-old shops".
