【摘要】："人類命運(yùn)共同體"理念作為習(xí)近平外交理論與實(shí)踐的核心和引領(lǐng)中國(guó)特色大國(guó)外交的一面旗幟,其生成經(jīng)歷了萌芽、形成和發(fā)展三個(gè)階段,包含著利益共同體、價(jià)值共同體和責(zé)任共同體三個(gè)層次的基本內(nèi)涵。"人類命運(yùn)共同體"理念有利于豐富黨中央治國(guó)理政的新理念新思想新戰(zhàn)略,為我國(guó)和平崛起營(yíng)造有利的外部條件,加強(qiáng)中國(guó)同世界的交流與認(rèn)知,助推國(guó)際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)新秩序的合理建構(gòu)。為此,需要堅(jiān)持正確的歷史觀、科學(xué)的發(fā)展理念、全新的安全觀以及包容的文明觀,積極打造"人類命運(yùn)共同體"。
[Abstract]:As the core of Xi Jinping's diplomatic theory and practice and a banner leading the diplomacy of great powers with Chinese characteristics, the concept of "Human Destiny Community" has experienced three stages of germination, formation and development, including the community of interests. The basic connotation of three levels of value community and responsibility community. " The concept of "community of human destiny" is conducive to enriching the new ideas and new strategies of the CPC Central Committee, creating favorable external conditions for the peaceful rise of our country, and strengthening the exchanges and cognition between China and the world. Promote the rational construction of the new international political and economic order. Therefore, we should adhere to the correct view of history, scientific concept of development, new concept of security and inclusive view of civilization, and actively build a "community of human destiny".
