【摘要】：城市起源于人類祖先在與自然界抗?fàn)幍倪^(guò)程當(dāng)中，而城市的興起則是隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展而逐步建立和完善起來(lái)的。城市主體結(jié)構(gòu)的組成是以一定規(guī)模的人群為主，依托自然環(huán)境并配合相應(yīng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)，用各種各樣復(fù)雜社會(huì)關(guān)系緊密地聯(lián)系在一起，形成完善有效的城市整體。隨著城市的發(fā)展，城市職能在城市發(fā)展過(guò)程中充當(dāng)越來(lái)越重要的角色，探討研究城市職能不同特征，進(jìn)而聯(lián)系在城市發(fā)展過(guò)程當(dāng)中與政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化相輔相成的內(nèi)在關(guān)系，有助于城市持續(xù)穩(wěn)定健康的發(fā)展，并且借助這種發(fā)展的勢(shì)頭反過(guò)來(lái)影響區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和區(qū)域一體化的趨勢(shì)，中國(guó)城市的發(fā)展道路深受人們關(guān)注，同時(shí)也面臨著一定的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。基于城市職能化的分析，我們知道城市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展活動(dòng)不再是個(gè)體之間的聯(lián)系，城市的職能不僅將體現(xiàn)在更多的層次與服務(wù)范圍之內(nèi)，而且將體現(xiàn)在更大的尺度區(qū)域中。從現(xiàn)實(shí)研究理論上看，城市職能結(jié)構(gòu)的時(shí)空分析可以體現(xiàn)一定區(qū)域內(nèi)職能結(jié)構(gòu)的空間特征和一定時(shí)段內(nèi)職能結(jié)構(gòu)的變動(dòng)趨勢(shì)，詳細(xì)闡述城市中所承擔(dān)的作用，合理改革資源的配置，優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整，發(fā)揮自身無(wú)可取代的優(yōu)勢(shì)將對(duì)城市的發(fā)展起到非常大的積極作用。城市職能分類及空間分布特征是一種靜態(tài)形式，由于社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)以及科技的飛速發(fā)展，城市的職能處于一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)的變化跳躍之中。所以，我們的視角要放在動(dòng)態(tài)的變化或者利用趨勢(shì)變化的眼光來(lái)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的分析和判斷。這樣做出的城市動(dòng)態(tài)變化情況，將有利于城市職能結(jié)構(gòu)框架的確立，進(jìn)而得到職能結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)態(tài)變化，有助于城市成長(zhǎng)的規(guī)律認(rèn)識(shí)。石家莊是全國(guó)聞名遐邇的省會(huì)城市，其城市的發(fā)展處于一個(gè)較為明顯的變革時(shí)期，，如何在變化的前段，實(shí)時(shí)把握住石家莊未來(lái)的發(fā)展走向，必須要用實(shí)事求是的態(tài)度，來(lái)做好石家莊城市職能結(jié)構(gòu)的研究工作，并提出合理性建議。 本文研究共分八個(gè)部分：第一部分是緒論部分，從研究背景及意義，國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，研究?jī)?nèi)容、方法及技術(shù)路線三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了綜合性的描述；第二部分對(duì)相關(guān)概念與基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的闡述；第三部分從地理位置、行政區(qū)劃、自然條件和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件四個(gè)方面對(duì)研究區(qū)域進(jìn)行了概況分析；第四個(gè)部分是石家莊市城市職能結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)態(tài)變動(dòng)分析，從石家莊市以及各縣（市）的三大產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)；第五個(gè)部分是石家莊市城市職能結(jié)構(gòu)的空間分異，運(yùn)用區(qū)位熵法對(duì)石家莊市的區(qū)域比較優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析，并對(duì)石家莊市各行業(yè)的空間分布進(jìn)行描述；第六部分是石家莊市職能結(jié)構(gòu)綜合評(píng)估，首先確定評(píng)價(jià)原則、指標(biāo)和方法，然后從石家莊市城市社會(huì)發(fā)展和城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析研究；第七個(gè)部分是石家莊市城市職能結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的對(duì)策與建議部分，從堅(jiān)持集聚取向的城市化空間布局戰(zhàn)略、借助省城和京津?qū)ν忾_(kāi)放窗口，進(jìn)一步提高本區(qū)的開(kāi)放程度、加強(qiáng)城市產(chǎn)業(yè)分區(qū)化管理，統(tǒng)籌安排、發(fā)展替代產(chǎn)業(yè)，培育新興主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)、加強(qiáng)人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)和管理，促進(jìn)新技術(shù)、新工藝的應(yīng)用、綜合治理環(huán)境問(wèn)題以及城鄉(xiāng)一體化的重視等方面進(jìn)行了建議；第八部分是結(jié)論與討論，對(duì)本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)及不足之處進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)。 本文四、五、六部分為核心部分，基于對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外城市職能結(jié)構(gòu)的研究，結(jié)合石家莊市城市職能結(jié)構(gòu)特征，采用區(qū)位熵法、主成分分析法以及貫穿于這三部分的區(qū)域間比較優(yōu)勢(shì)分析法，從石家莊市城市職能結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)態(tài)變動(dòng)分析、石家莊市城市職能結(jié)構(gòu)的空間分異以及石家莊市城市職能結(jié)構(gòu)的綜合評(píng)估三方面進(jìn)行分析與評(píng)價(jià)，最終得出石家莊市區(qū)及周邊17縣（市）的綜合排名。 本文成文的目的在于優(yōu)化石家莊城市體系職能結(jié)構(gòu)，充分發(fā)揮城市在現(xiàn)代化中的作用，助推石家莊城市的發(fā)展和建設(shè)。一方面，有助于認(rèn)識(shí)石家莊的個(gè)性特征，準(zhǔn)確地確定石家莊城市的性質(zhì)和合理發(fā)展方向，從而為石家莊建設(shè)和布局提供科學(xué)依據(jù)，有助于制定石家莊發(fā)展合理的總體規(guī)劃；另一方面，確定石家莊的主要職能可以明確石家莊在國(guó)家和區(qū)域內(nèi)特有的作用，通過(guò)各城鎮(zhèn)不同的主導(dǎo)職能間的分工協(xié)作，構(gòu)建區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)的城鎮(zhèn)體系，以求最大限度地帶動(dòng)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and regional integration , the development of urban function is not only the function of urban function , but also the development of urban function .

This thesis is divided into eight parts : the first part is the introduction part , from the research background and significance , the research present situation , the research content , the method and the technical route are comprehensively described in three aspects ;
The second part makes a systematic exposition of the related concepts and the basic theory ;
The third part analyzes the research area from four aspects : geographic location , administrative division , natural condition and socio - economic condition ;
The fourth part is the dynamic change analysis of the city function structure of Shijiazhuang City , and summarizes the three industrial structure of Shijiazhuang city and each county ( city ) ;
The fifth part is the spatial diversity of the city function structure of Shijiazhuang city , and the regional comparative advantage of Shijiazhuang city is analyzed by using the district entropy method , and the spatial distribution of each industry in Shijiazhuang city is described ;
The sixth part is the comprehensive evaluation of the function structure of Shijiazhuang city , first determines the evaluation principle , index and method , then carries on the analysis research from two aspects of Shijiazhuang city social development and urban economic development ;
The seventh part is the countermeasure and suggestion part of the urban function structure optimization of Shijiazhuang city . From the urbanization space layout strategy which insists on the agglomeration orientation , the opening degree of the district is further improved , the regional management of the city industry is strengthened , the development and replacement industry is strengthened , the new leading industry is cultivated , the development and management of human resources are strengthened , the new technology , the new technology application , the comprehensive management environment problem and the importance of the integration of the urban and rural integration are promoted ;
The eighth part is the conclusion and discussion , and summarizes the innovation points and shortcomings of this paper .

Four , five and six are divided into core parts . Based on the study of urban function structure at home and abroad , combined with the characteristics of urban function in Shijiazhuang , the paper analyzes and evaluates the dynamic change of urban function structure in Shijiazhuang city , the spatial diversity of urban function structure in Shijiazhuang city and the comprehensive evaluation of city function structure of Shijiazhuang city , and finally obtains the comprehensive ranking of Shijiazhuang district and peripheral 17 counties ( cities ) .

The purpose of this paper is to optimize the function structure of Shijiazhuang city system , give full play to the role of city in modernization and promote the development and construction of Shijiazhuang city .
On the other hand , it is determined that the main functions of Shijiazhuang can define the unique role of Shijiazhuang in the country and the region . Through the division and collaboration among the different leading functions of each town , the regional coordinated urban system is constructed so as to drive the development of the regional economy to the maximum extent .
