【摘要】：日蒙EPA是日蒙兩國經(jīng)濟外交戰(zhàn)略相互結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物,是其深化雙邊交流的重要平臺。日蒙EPA對兩國政治外交和經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易的影響和意義根據(jù)雙方政治經(jīng)濟條件以及對EPA的動機不同而各異。對日本而言,日蒙EPA是其價值觀外交、資源外交戰(zhàn)略的延伸,是日本擴大對蒙投資和兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)合作、深化雙邊交流的重要的戰(zhàn)略機制性保障,但是,從日本對蒙的貿(mào)易依存度和蒙古國的經(jīng)濟規(guī)�？�,其對日本的政治外交以及經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易影響有限。對蒙古國而言,由于受本國經(jīng)濟規(guī)模、傳統(tǒng)的地緣政治等重要因素的制約,日蒙EPA的影響也有其局限性,它在經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域的影響和意義大于在政治外交領(lǐng)域的影響及意義。鑒于日本的FTA/EPA戰(zhàn)略中遏制中國的戰(zhàn)略意圖相當(dāng)明顯,中國應(yīng)因地因事制宜地調(diào)整經(jīng)濟外交戰(zhàn)略,有針對性地防范和抵御由此帶來的不利影響。
[Abstract]:EPA is the product of the economic and diplomatic strategy of the two countries and an important platform for deepening bilateral exchanges. The influence and significance of Japanese-Mongolian EPA on the political diplomacy and economic trade of the two countries are different according to the political and economic conditions of the two countries and the motives for EPA. For Japan, Japan and Mongolia EPA is an extension of its strategy of value diplomacy and resources diplomacy, and an important strategic institutional guarantee for Japan to expand its investment in Mongolia and economic and trade cooperation between the two countries, and to deepen bilateral exchanges. However, Judging from the trade dependence of Japan to Mongolia and the economic scale of Mongolia, its influence on Japan's political diplomacy and economic trade is limited. For Mongolia, the influence of EPA in Japan and Mongolia has its limitations because of its economic scale, traditional geopolitics and other important factors. Its influence and significance in the field of economic and trade is greater than that in the field of political diplomacy. In view of the obvious strategic intention of containment of China in Japan's FTA/EPA strategy, China should adjust its economic diplomacy strategy according to local conditions and guard against the adverse effects brought about by it.
