【摘要】：隨著我國社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和“兩個(gè)根本轉(zhuǎn)變”的深入、以及全民健身計(jì)劃的實(shí)施,群眾體育運(yùn)動(dòng)事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,體育消費(fèi)觀念也為越來越多的人所接受。人們對健康的認(rèn)識(shí)、及需求都在不斷的提高,體育運(yùn)動(dòng)和健康已經(jīng)被一部分人劃上了“等號(hào)”,人們已經(jīng)開始慢慢地推廣“花錢買健康”、“請人流汗”等運(yùn)動(dòng)健身的思想理念日漸人心,人民群眾健身熱情高漲,人們渴望、追求健康生活方式的意識(shí)日漸增強(qiáng)。作為體育事業(yè)發(fā)展的重要物質(zhì)保障,高校體育場館發(fā)揮著重要作用。長株潭城市群是湖南省的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化中心,有著發(fā)展體育旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的諸多優(yōu)勢資源和條件保障,在2007年12月7日被國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)為”國資源節(jié)約型和環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)建設(shè)綜合配套改革試驗(yàn)區(qū)”。加強(qiáng)對長株潭城市群體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究,有利于推動(dòng)人民之間平等友好往來的特色優(yōu)勢,形成以競技體育訓(xùn)練競賽觀賞為龍頭,大眾休閑健身、民族傳統(tǒng)體育為基礎(chǔ)的內(nèi)容豐富、門類齊全、各種消費(fèi)層次并舉的體育旅游項(xiàng)目體系。然而,到目前為止,長株潭部分高校體育場館管理利用方面還比較薄弱,組織管理的研究還比較落后,場館綜合利用水平不高。體育場館的空置率較高,開發(fā)利用不充分。尤其是在大多數(shù)教學(xué)以外的時(shí)間段,缺乏較好的規(guī)劃利用與科學(xué)管理。本論文主要通過文獻(xiàn)研究、調(diào)查、邏輯分析、訪談等研究方法對長株潭高校體育場館利用與管理方面現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究,以期為長株潭高校體育場館資源一體化合理開發(fā)、優(yōu)化配置、利用與管理、等方面提供有力的依據(jù),從而為我國高校體育改革提供成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)參考,進(jìn)而豐富長株潭高校的體育場館建設(shè)理論。本課題研究目的:本研究在全面分析了解“長株潭”高校現(xiàn)有體育場館資源的基礎(chǔ)上,剖析存在問題,理順“長株潭”高�，F(xiàn)有體育場館資源整合和優(yōu)化利用思路,目的在于建設(shè)“長株潭”高校現(xiàn)有體育場館資源功能分區(qū)和空間布局,希望我的結(jié)論能夠?yàn)橥苿?dòng)長株潭地區(qū)高校體育場館走向科學(xué)布局化、高效管理化、充分利用化提供一定有價(jià)值的參考。長株潭高校體育場館的利用與管理研究對策為:1、合理規(guī)劃,配合“兩型社會(huì)”建設(shè)布局2、統(tǒng)籌整合,優(yōu)化三市高校體育場館資源配置3、加強(qiáng)合作,健全體育場館的管理機(jī)制4、引進(jìn)投資,實(shí)現(xiàn)投資主體多元化5、加大投入,提高體育場館利用率6、課外面向群眾,堅(jiān)持經(jīng)營方式多樣化
[Abstract]:With the development of our society and economy, the deepening of "two fundamental changes" and the implementation of the national fitness plan, the cause of mass sports is booming, and the concept of sports consumption is accepted by more and more people. People's awareness of, and demand for, health has been rising, sports and health have been "equated" by some people, and people have slowly started to promote "pay for health". The idea of "inviting people to sweat" and other sports and fitness ideas are becoming more and more popular, the people's enthusiasm for fitness is rising, and the consciousness of people's desire and pursuit of healthy life style is increasing day by day. As an important material guarantee for the development of sports, gymnasiums and gymnasiums in colleges and universities play an important role. Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is the political, economic and cultural center of Hunan Province. It has many advantageous resources and conditions for the development of sports tourism industry. It was approved by the State Council on December 7, 2007 as the experimental area for comprehensive reform of national resource conservation and environmental friendly society construction. Strengthening the research on the sports industry of Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is conducive to promoting the characteristic advantages of equal and friendly exchanges among the people, forming a rich content based on competitive sports training competition, popular leisure and fitness, and traditional national sports. Complete categories, various levels of consumption at the same time sports tourism project system. However, up to now, some colleges and universities in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan are still weak in the management and utilization of stadiums and stadiums, the research on organizational management is still relatively backward, and the level of comprehensive utilization of stadiums is not high. The vacancy rate of stadiums and gymnasiums is high, and the development and utilization are not sufficient. Especially in most time periods other than teaching, there is a lack of better planning, utilization and scientific management. This thesis mainly through the literature research, the investigation, the logic analysis, the interview and so on research method to the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan university sports venue utilization and the management aspect investigation research, in order to for Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan university sports stadiums and gymnasiums resources integration reasonable development, To optimize the allocation, use and management, and other aspects to provide a strong basis for our college sports reform to provide a successful experience reference, and then enrich the theory of sports venues construction in Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan University. The purpose of this research is: on the basis of comprehensive analysis and understanding of the existing stadiums and gymnasiums resources in "Chang-Zhu-Tan" colleges and universities, the existing problems are analyzed, and the ideas of integrating and optimizing the utilization of the existing stadiums and gymnasiums resources of "Chang-Zhu-Tan" colleges and universities are straightened out. The purpose of this paper is to construct the functional partition and space layout of the existing stadiums and gymnasiums in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Tan colleges and universities. I hope my conclusion can promote the scientific layout and efficient management of the stadiums and gymnasiums in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area. Make full use of to provide certain valuable reference. The countermeasures for the utilization and management of the gymnasiums and gymnasiums in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan University are as follows: 1, reasonable planning, 2coordination with the construction and layout of the "two-type society", as well as the overall integration, optimizing the allocation of sports venues and stadiums in the three cities, and strengthening cooperation. Perfecting the management mechanism of stadiums and gymnasiums, introducing investment, diversifying investment bodies, increasing investment, raising utilization ratio of stadiums and gymnasiums, facing the masses after class, insisting on diversification of management methods
