【摘要】：21世紀(jì)以來,中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展突飛猛進,對我國政治、經(jīng)濟、文化等各方面產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響�；ヂ�(lián)網(wǎng)的運轉(zhuǎn)邏輯規(guī)訓(xùn)了人們的生活方式、社會交往方式、思維方式乃至促使社會結(jié)構(gòu)的重新建構(gòu),對社會發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了重大影響。過去的研究通常認(rèn)為網(wǎng)絡(luò)集體行動的出現(xiàn)是由社會不公、相對剝奪感等因素導(dǎo)致的,是一種病態(tài)的行為。然而,在現(xiàn)實社會中,不平等、意識形態(tài)沖突等因素時刻存在,并不會必然的引發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)集體行動。網(wǎng)絡(luò)行動的發(fā)生必然存在一個動員的過程,網(wǎng)絡(luò)集體行動是如何動員起來的呢?研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)集體行動的動員機制有助于我們對網(wǎng)絡(luò)集體行動的認(rèn)識和應(yīng)對。網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間的基本屬性為集體行動提供了良好的空間資源。網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間中的社會結(jié)構(gòu)相對于現(xiàn)實社會中的結(jié)構(gòu)具有扁平化的特征,具有較弱的組織性,沒有形成嚴(yán)格的層級權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu),加上網(wǎng)絡(luò)具有匿名性等特征、開放性、和廣泛參與性等特征,降低了集體行動的風(fēng)險,為網(wǎng)民參與網(wǎng)絡(luò)集體行動提供了政治機會。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間中,作為單純的信息載體,集體行動的主要方式是通過簡單而重復(fù)的發(fā)布消息、回復(fù)消息、轉(zhuǎn)帖等話語活動來完成的。網(wǎng)絡(luò)集體行動的實質(zhì)是一種基于現(xiàn)實社會因素考量,發(fā)生在網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間里的一種話語行動、符號行動。同時,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間中,情感在網(wǎng)絡(luò)動員中具有關(guān)鍵作用。情感動員與話語建構(gòu)息息相關(guān),話語作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)集體行動的工具,所有的情緒渲染行為都是通過話語建構(gòu)進行的,所以情緒渲染的過程其實也是話語建構(gòu)的過程。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)集體行動動員是一個框架整合的過程。動員者根據(jù)社會中既有的主框架,通過框架搭橋、框架擴大、框架延伸、框架轉(zhuǎn)換等過程將現(xiàn)實發(fā)生的事件與主框架進行整合,框架整合仍屬于話語行動的范疇。話語行動不可避免的要對話語符號進行加工,通過語言的修辭技巧的使用對受眾進行情緒感染,獲得更多人的態(tài)度及情感的認(rèn)同,從而形成集體認(rèn)同,最終引發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)集體行動。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, the rapid development of the Internet in China has had a great impact on China's politics, economy, culture and so on. The operation logic of the Internet has disciplined the way of life, the way of social communication, the mode of thinking and even the re-construction of social structure, which has a great influence on the development of society. Previous studies have generally considered that the emergence of network collective action is caused by social injustice, relative deprivation and other factors, which is a kind of pathological behavior. However, in the real society, inequality, ideological conflict and other factors exist all the time, which will not necessarily lead to the network collective action. There must be a mobilization process in the occurrence of network action. How can the collective action of network be mobilized? Studying the mobilization mechanism of network collective action is helpful to our understanding and response to network collective action. The basic attributes of cyberspace provide good space resources for collective action. The social structure in cyberspace has the characteristics of flattening, weak organization, no strict hierarchical power structure, and the network has the characteristics of anonymity, openness and so on, compared with the structure in the real society, the social structure in cyberspace has the characteristics of flat, weak organization, no strict hierarchical power structure, and so on. It reduces the risk of collective action and provides a political opportunity for Internet users to participate in collective action. In cyberspace, as a simple carrier of information, the main way of collective action is through simple and repeated release of messages, reply messages, posts and other discourse activities to complete. The essence of network collective action is a kind of discourse action, symbolic action, which is based on the consideration of realistic social factors and occurs in cyberspace. At the same time, in cyberspace, emotion plays a key role in network mobilization. Emotion mobilization is closely related to discourse construction. As a tool of network collective action, all emotional rendering behaviors are carried out through discourse construction, so the process of emotional rendering is actually a process of discourse construction. Mobilization of collective action in the network is a framework integration process. According to the existing main framework in the society, the mobilizer integrates the real events with the main framework through the process of frame bridging, frame expansion, frame extension and frame transformation. The framework integration still belongs to the category of discourse action. Discourse action inevitably has to process the discourse symbols, infect the audience with emotion through the use of rhetorical skills of language, gain more people's attitude and emotional identity, thus form collective identity, and finally lead to collective action on the Internet.
