【摘要】：收入和財富的分配不均這一社會問題已經(jīng)發(fā)展為學術性課題。盡管社會民主主義的福利國家從政府層面作出了諸多努力,但在一些國家貧困層不減反增。但是,也有部分國家成功減少了貧困層,這恰恰體現(xiàn)了政策的重要性。本文擬通過盧森堡收入研究所提供的數(shù)據(jù)資料來驗證政治制度理論,并分析和探討貧困層的變化。具體會從執(zhí)政黨的特點和勞動市場的形態(tài)兩方面入手,分析這兩個因素對貧困率的變化造成怎樣的影響。
[Abstract]:The social problem of unequal distribution of income and wealth has developed into an academic subject. While the social-democratic welfare state has done much at the government level, poverty has increased in some countries. But some countries have succeeded in reducing poverty levels, reflecting the importance of policy. This paper intends to verify the theory of political system through the data provided by the Luxembourg income Institute, and to analyze and explore the changes of poverty. This paper analyzes the influence of these two factors on the change of poverty rate from two aspects: the characteristics of the ruling party and the form of the labor market.
