【摘要】：高校思想政治工作一直受到黨和國(guó)家的高度重視,大學(xué)生的思想道德素質(zhì)已經(jīng)成為成長(zhǎng)成才的一項(xiàng)重要評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。隨著高等教育的發(fā)展和改革,遠(yuǎn)郊大學(xué)城成為高校某個(gè)發(fā)展階段的主流模式。遠(yuǎn)郊大學(xué)城的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化環(huán)境不同于市區(qū),高校思想政治教育環(huán)境也發(fā)生了改變,這既給大學(xué)生思想意識(shí)、價(jià)值觀念、道德品質(zhì)的形成和發(fā)展帶來(lái)了機(jī)遇,也使其面臨諸多的威脅。因此,對(duì)遠(yuǎn)郊大學(xué)城高校的思想政治教育環(huán)境進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)全面的分析,有助于我們更深入地了解遠(yuǎn)郊大學(xué)城高校的環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀及其對(duì)高校思想政治工作的影響,并對(duì)我國(guó)提升高校思想政治教育的實(shí)效性具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。SWOT分析法是管理學(xué)中常用的態(tài)勢(shì)分析法,是一種在系統(tǒng)分析企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上提出優(yōu)化策略,從而形成行動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略的方法。本文運(yùn)用SWOT分析法對(duì)遠(yuǎn)郊大學(xué)城高校思想政治教育環(huán)境的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)、威脅進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,針對(duì)分析的結(jié)果,提出了遠(yuǎn)郊大學(xué)城高校思想政治教育環(huán)境優(yōu)化的四種戰(zhàn)略:依靠?jī)?nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì),利用外部機(jī)會(huì)的S0戰(zhàn)略;克服內(nèi)部弱點(diǎn),利用外部機(jī)會(huì)的W0戰(zhàn)略;利用內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì),回避外部威脅的ST戰(zhàn)略;減少內(nèi)部弱點(diǎn),回避外部威脅的WT戰(zhàn)略。并根據(jù)每一戰(zhàn)略提出了具體的優(yōu)化對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political work in colleges and universities has been attached great importance to by the Party and the state, and the ideological and moral quality of college students has become an important criterion for their growth and development. With the development and reform of higher education, the suburban university town has become the mainstream mode in a certain stage of university development. The political, economic and cultural environment of the university town in the suburbs is different from that in the urban area, and the environment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has also changed, which has brought opportunities to the formation and development of the ideological consciousness, values and moral quality of college students. It also faces many threats. Therefore, a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the ideological and political education environment of the universities in the outer suburbs is helpful for us to understand more deeply the current situation of the environment and its influence on the ideological and political work of the universities in the outer suburbs. It has important theoretical and practical significance to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China. SWOT analysis method is the situation analysis method commonly used in management, and it is a kind of optimization strategy on the basis of systematically analyzing the internal and external environment of enterprises. To form a strategy for action. This paper makes a systematic analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the ideological and political education environment of the colleges and universities in the suburbs of the city by using SWOT analysis. This paper puts forward four strategies to optimize the environment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the outer suburbs: the S0 strategy of relying on the internal advantage, the strategy of utilizing the external opportunity, the strategy of overcoming the internal weakness, the strategy of utilizing the external opportunity, the strategy of utilizing the internal advantage. St strategy to avoid external threats; WT strategy to reduce internal weaknesses and avoid external threats. And according to each strategy put forward the concrete optimization countermeasure.
