【摘要】：列寧農(nóng)村建設(shè)思想和當(dāng)代新農(nóng)村建設(shè)都是順應(yīng)時代的要求，以馬克思主義為理論基礎(chǔ)而形成的。新農(nóng)村建設(shè)是我國歷代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人長期關(guān)注和重視的問題之一，在中國共產(chǎn)黨的帶領(lǐng)下，農(nóng)村的發(fā)展速度和取得的成就是有目共睹的。新農(nóng)村建設(shè)雖然有了很大的發(fā)展，但隨著時代的變遷，在新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的過程中出現(xiàn)的新問題也接踵而至。中國共產(chǎn)黨緊隨時代步伐，以馬克思主義為基本理論，制定出順應(yīng)本國國情的新政策和新方針。列寧的農(nóng)村建設(shè)思想是在蘇俄農(nóng)村建設(shè)的實踐過程中形成的，對蘇俄農(nóng)村的政治、經(jīng)濟、文化和社會建設(shè)具有很大的推動作用，同時形成了一套農(nóng)村建設(shè)的科學(xué)體系，對我國新農(nóng)村的建設(shè)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。 全文在馬克思主義基本原理方法的指導(dǎo)下，運用歷史文獻、過程分析和系統(tǒng)分析相結(jié)合、理論聯(lián)系實踐等方法，對列寧農(nóng)村建設(shè)思想及我國新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的啟示進行了系統(tǒng)的研究，論文的創(chuàng)新之處在于綜合分析了列寧農(nóng)村建設(shè)思想與中國新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的關(guān)聯(lián)性，以及將社會保障思想融入到列寧的農(nóng)村建設(shè)思想中，使列寧農(nóng)村建設(shè)思想的科學(xué)體系更加完善。文章在第一部分闡述了列寧農(nóng)村建設(shè)思想提出的理論基礎(chǔ)和時代背景。第二部分對列寧農(nóng)村建設(shè)思想的主要內(nèi)容進行了闡釋，主要從四個方面來闡釋：農(nóng)村合作社思想、農(nóng)村民主理論、農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)思想以及社會保障思想。通過對這四方面的闡述，對后文研究當(dāng)代新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的發(fā)展提供了理論依托和實踐經(jīng)驗。在第三部分中對列寧的農(nóng)村建設(shè)思想的歷史地位進行了闡述。第四部分是重點同時也是亮點，通過對當(dāng)代新農(nóng)村的概述了解到農(nóng)村的政治、經(jīng)濟、文化和社會保障方面還存在著許多問題。為了解決這些問題，通過分析列寧農(nóng)村建設(shè)思想與當(dāng)代新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系，發(fā)現(xiàn)列寧農(nóng)村建設(shè)思想對我國當(dāng)代新農(nóng)村的建設(shè)依然具有指導(dǎo)意義和借鑒意義，并結(jié)合我國目前農(nóng)村的現(xiàn)狀提出了相應(yīng)的解決對策。 在新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵時期，以列寧的農(nóng)村建設(shè)思想作為建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村的理論基礎(chǔ)，并且結(jié)合我國的實際情況，摒棄列寧農(nóng)村建設(shè)思想中一切不合時宜的理論，吸取有價值之處為之所用，并在原有的基礎(chǔ)上不斷進行創(chuàng)新，，為社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)提供理論支撐和方向指引，解決社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中的問題。
[Abstract]:Lenin's thought of rural construction and contemporary construction of new countryside are formed on the basis of Marxism in accordance with the requirements of the times.The construction of new countryside is one of the problems that the leaders of our country have paid attention to for a long time. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the speed of rural development and the achievements made are obvious to all.Although the construction of new countryside has made great progress, with the change of times, new problems appear in the process of construction of new countryside.Following the pace of the times, the CPC, taking Marxism as its basic theory, formulated a new policy and new policy to conform to its national conditions.Lenin's thought of rural construction was formed in the practice of Soviet Russia's rural construction, which played a great role in promoting the political, economic, cultural and social construction of Soviet Russia's rural areas, and formed a set of scientific system of rural construction at the same time.It has certain guiding significance to the construction of new countryside in our country.Under the guidance of the basic principles and methods of Marxism, the full text uses the methods of historical literature, process analysis and system analysis, and the combination of theory and practice.This paper makes a systematic study on Lenin's thought of rural construction and the enlightenment of China's new rural construction. The innovation of this paper lies in the comprehensive analysis of the relationship between Lenin's thought of rural construction and China's new rural construction.And put the social security thought into Lenin's rural construction thought, make Lenin's scientific system of rural construction thought more perfect.In the first part, it expounds the theoretical basis and background of Lenin's thought of rural construction.The second part explains the main contents of Lenin's thought of rural construction, mainly from four aspects: the thought of rural co-operatives, the theory of rural democracy, the thought of rural cultural construction and the thought of social security.Through the elaboration of these four aspects, it provides theoretical support and practical experience for the later study of the development of contemporary new rural construction.In the third part, it expounds the historical position of Lenin's thought of rural construction.The fourth part is the focal point at the same time is also the bright spot, through to the contemporary new countryside outline understands the countryside politics, the economy, the culture and the social security aspect still has many questions.In order to solve these problems, through the analysis of Lenin's rural construction thought and the internal relation of contemporary new rural construction, it is found that Lenin's rural construction thought still has guiding significance and reference significance to the construction of contemporary new countryside in our country.Combined with the current situation of rural areas in China, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.In the critical period of new rural construction, Lenin's thought of rural construction was taken as the theoretical basis for building a new socialist countryside, and combined with the actual situation of our country, Lenin abandoned all the anachronistic theories in Lenin's thought of rural construction.Using the valuable points and innovating constantly on the basis of the original, this paper provides theoretical support and direction guidance for the construction of the new socialist countryside, and solves the problems in the construction of the new socialist countryside.
