【摘要】：殘疾人是社會上的弱勢群體,但他們和健全人享有同樣的生活、學(xué)習(xí)、工作的機會,全社會都應(yīng)給予他們以足夠的重視。殘疾人體育作為社會體育的一個重要組成部分,已愈發(fā)得到各國政府的認可和重視,并將其作為展現(xiàn)本國精神文明建設(shè)和人權(quán)保障的一個窗口來擴大國際影響力。輪椅籃球運動是傷殘人坐在輪椅上進行的籃球運動項目,是殘疾人運動項目中最受觀眾喜愛的運動項目之一。但目前我國輪椅籃球水平不高,與發(fā)達國家有較大的差距,相關(guān)的研究也是屈指可數(shù),這就極大地制約著我國輪椅籃球運動的發(fā)展。輪椅籃球作為一種獨立的文化形態(tài),其本身具有較強的社會價值,具體表現(xiàn)在政治、經(jīng)濟、教育、文化和科技等各個方面。本文以參加2014年全國輪椅籃球錦標賽的運動員為研究對象,運用文獻資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、邏輯分析法、視頻觀察法等研究方法,從目前我國輪椅籃球的發(fā)展狀況來探析出輪椅籃球的社會價值。并得出以下結(jié)論:(1)我國輪椅籃球發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀不理想,目前隊伍數(shù)量不到30支,而且許多隊伍不夠穩(wěn)定,隨時面臨解散的風(fēng)險,運動員運動水平也不高。無論是數(shù)量還是質(zhì)量,都與發(fā)達國家有較大差距。有關(guān)部門關(guān)注度低,媒體宣傳力度不夠。(2)經(jīng)費不足,導(dǎo)致球隊普遍訓(xùn)練條件差,開展賽事少,加之運動員年齡大,后備力量匱乏,教練員專業(yè)程度低,都嚴重影響我國輪椅籃球運動的發(fā)展。(3)從上文我國目前輪椅籃球運動的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀可以得出,輪椅籃球具備一定的社會價值,具體體現(xiàn)在教育、文化、政治、康復(fù)與科技和經(jīng)濟等方面。教育價值。輪椅籃球運動對于整個社會都具有積極地教育作用,為我國精神文明建設(shè)貢獻著自己特殊的力量。文化價值。輪椅籃球所發(fā)展出來的文化價值,有助于完善和健全整個體育文化。政治價值。一方面,體現(xiàn)出我國人權(quán)保障的公平與真實。另一方面,更廣泛地開展國與國之間的合作�？祻�(fù)與科技價值。有效改善殘疾人身體器官功能的同時,也可以提高國內(nèi)廠商對輪椅研制的科研技術(shù)水平。經(jīng)濟價值。通過轉(zhuǎn)播、廣告、門票、相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的銷售等帶來的直接經(jīng)濟收入,可以讓殘疾人由“他助”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤白灾�。建議:無論是從殘聯(lián)、體育局等相關(guān)部門的角度,還是從全社會的角度來看,都應(yīng)該予以輪椅籃球以相當程度的重視與支持,以最大最優(yōu)化的制度實現(xiàn)其應(yīng)有的社會價值。(1)經(jīng)費是首當其沖需解決的問題。除了省、市殘聯(lián)、體育局需加大投入之外,還應(yīng)主動拓寬融資渠道,多方爭取商業(yè)贊助。(2)完善當前賽制,加強國際交流。從目前來看,建立起輪椅籃球聯(lián)賽是不現(xiàn)實的。那么,就應(yīng)該在現(xiàn)有的比賽基礎(chǔ)上,適當?shù)脑黾右恍┤珖缘腻\標賽,以此來提高運動員的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平。國家隊層面更應(yīng)該高瞻遠矚,多組隊參加國際性的比賽,縮短與先進國家的差距,而不僅僅把眼光局限于亞殘會和殘奧會。(3)培養(yǎng)一支高水平的專業(yè)輪椅籃球教練員隊伍。開展教練員的相關(guān)培訓(xùn),提高現(xiàn)有教練員的業(yè)務(wù)水平,最終建立起一支專業(yè)技能強、管理能力突出的專業(yè)教練員隊伍。(4)加強宣傳,提高輪椅籃球的受眾覆蓋面。讓社會上更多的人不僅知道輪椅籃球運動,更要用實際行動去支持,去關(guān)注這項運動。
[Abstract]:The disabled are the weak groups in the society, but they and the sound people enjoy the same life, learning, and the opportunity to work. The whole society should give them enough attention. As an important part of social sports, the disabled sports has become more and more recognized and valued by the governments of all countries, and as a demonstration of the spiritual civilization of the country. The wheelchair basketball is one of the most popular sports in the disabled sports. But at present, the level of the wheelchair basketball is not high, and there is a big gap with the developed countries. It can be counted, which greatly restricts the development of the wheelchair basketball in China. As an independent cultural form, wheelchair basketball itself has a strong social value, which is embodied in all aspects of politics, economy, education, culture and science and technology. In this paper, the athletes who participated in the 2014 national wheelchair Basketball Championships were used as the research object and applied to the study. The methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and video observation are used to analyze the social value of wheelchair basketball from the current development of wheelchair basketball in our country. The following conclusions are drawn as follows: (1) the present situation of the development of wheelchair basketball in China is not ideal, the number of teams is less than 30, and it is also permitted. The team is not stable enough, at any time, the risk of disbandage is at any time, and the athletes' sports level is not high. Both the quantity and the quality of the athletes have a big gap with the developed countries. The concerned departments have low attention and the media are not enough. (3) from the present situation of the current development of the wheelchair basketball in our country, it can be concluded that the wheelchair basketball has certain social values, which is embodied in education, culture, politics, rehabilitation, science and technology and economy. A society has a positive role in education and contributes to the construction of our spiritual civilization. Cultural value. The cultural value developed by wheelchair basketball helps to improve and improve the whole sports culture. The political value. On the one hand, it embodies the fairness and reality of the protection of human rights in our country. On the other hand, it is more widely carried out. The cooperation between countries and countries. The value of rehabilitation and science and technology. At the same time, it can improve the function of the body and organs of the disabled. It can also improve the scientific research level of the wheelchair. Economic value. The direct economic income that is brought by broadcasting, advertising, tickets, sales of related products can make the disabled change from "he helps" to " Self-help ". Suggestion: whether from the angle of the relevant departments of the disabled, Sports Bureau and other related departments, or from the perspective of the whole society, the wheelchair basketball should be given a considerable degree of attention and support to achieve its due social value with the maximum optimization system.
