【摘要】：面臨城市化速度的持續(xù)提升,快速城市化給城市發(fā)展帶來(lái)了諸如人口規(guī)模擴(kuò)張,城市擴(kuò)展速度增快,建設(shè)用地增量難以得到控制,住房,公共服務(wù)設(shè)施等供給失衡等諸多問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題引發(fā)了城市空間的不斷擴(kuò)展,同時(shí)由于擴(kuò)展帶來(lái)的城市邊界特征的變化和城市內(nèi)部空間結(jié)構(gòu)的變化要求我們對(duì)承載政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的核心發(fā)展的中心城區(qū)的空間擴(kuò)展展開(kāi)研究。中國(guó)新型城鎮(zhèn)化規(guī)劃中明確了中小城市在新型城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中對(duì)調(diào)節(jié)城鎮(zhèn)結(jié)構(gòu)和規(guī)模的重要性,這將會(huì)引起中小城市發(fā)展和自然保護(hù)之間的矛盾愈加突出。陜西關(guān)中地區(qū)中小城市由于地處渭河平原有著不同于其他地域的發(fā)展特征在新型城鎮(zhèn)化的推動(dòng)下健康引導(dǎo)和約束城市空間擴(kuò)展,對(duì)改善宜居環(huán)境,提升城市品位,改善城市活力都有著極其重要的意義。本文以陜西關(guān)中地區(qū)中小城市中心城區(qū)為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)關(guān)中地區(qū)渭南市,銅川市,華陰市,韓城市和興平市這五個(gè)中小城市的空間擴(kuò)展邊界的實(shí)地調(diào)研資料提供的數(shù)據(jù)資料和文字資料,總結(jié)出近年來(lái)五個(gè)中心城區(qū)的邊界擴(kuò)展特征以及邊界的發(fā)展活力情況,并采用相關(guān)性分析和回歸分析以及定性分析的方法對(duì)引發(fā)空間擴(kuò)展的背景性驅(qū)動(dòng)因素做了分層分類總結(jié),并再此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)城市空間增長(zhǎng)的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素深入挖掘,提煉對(duì)邊界變化造成實(shí)際影響的直接性驅(qū)動(dòng)因素。最后立足現(xiàn)實(shí),著眼未來(lái),對(duì)中心城區(qū)空間擴(kuò)展邊界的健康擴(kuò)展提出了有針對(duì)性的調(diào)控方法和引導(dǎo)措施,以期能對(duì)關(guān)中地區(qū)中小城市的空間擴(kuò)展及其擴(kuò)展邊界在不斷變動(dòng)的過(guò)程中朝著正確的目標(biāo)發(fā)展提供幫助。最后,對(duì)本論文的結(jié)論進(jìn)行了總匯,對(duì)論文的不足以及需要進(jìn)一步深入研究的方向和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行思考。
[Abstract]:In the face of the continuous improvement of urbanization, rapid urbanization has brought many problems to urban development, such as population expansion, rapid urban expansion, difficult to control the increment of construction land, imbalance of supply of housing, public service facilities, and so on.These problems lead to the continuous expansion of urban space. At the same time, due to the changes in the characteristics of urban boundaries and the changes in urban internal spatial structure, we are required to carry political, economic,The core of the cultural development of the urban center of the spatial expansion of the study.The importance of small and medium-sized cities in adjusting the structure and scale of towns in the process of new urbanization is clearly defined in the new urbanization planning of China, which will lead to the contradiction between the development of small and medium-sized cities and the protection of nature.The small and medium-sized cities in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province have different development characteristics from other regions due to their location in the Weihe Plain. Under the promotion of new urbanization, the urban space expansion is healthily guided and restrained, which can improve the livable environment and enhance the urban grade.Improving the vitality of the city is of great significance.This paper takes the central city of Guanzhong area as the research object, aiming at Weinan City, Tongchuan City, Huayin City in Guanzhong region.The field investigation and research data on the spatial expansion boundary of the five small and medium-sized cities in Hancheng and Xingping City provide data and written data, and sum up the characteristics of the boundary expansion and the dynamic development of the boundary in the five central urban areas in recent years.By using the methods of correlation analysis, regression analysis and qualitative analysis, the paper makes a stratified classification and summary of the background driving factors that lead to spatial expansion, and then excavates the driving factors of urban spatial growth deeply.Refine the direct drivers of the actual effects of the boundary changes.Finally, based on the reality and looking at the future, the paper puts forward some pertinent regulation and control methods and guiding measures for the healthy expansion of the spatial expansion boundary in the central urban area.The aim is to provide help for the spatial expansion of the small and medium-sized cities in Guanzhong area and its expanding boundary in the course of constant change towards the correct goal.Finally, the conclusion of this paper is summarized, the deficiency of the paper and the direction and content of further research are considered.
