【摘要】：改革開放特別是加入WT0以來,我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的總體發(fā)展一直保持著較快速度,并從2010年開始成為世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體,使我國在國際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)格局中扮演著越來越重要的角色。國家對基本建設(shè)投資規(guī)模不斷加大,并持續(xù)推進(jìn)西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略,區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展總體戰(zhàn)略逐步形成,特別是與東盟各國的戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系逐步確立,構(gòu)建成北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)增長極,為GC公司未來發(fā)展帶來了廣闊的空間。 GC公司是一家具有承擔(dān)房建、市政等綜合性施工資質(zhì)的集體企業(yè),注冊資金為人民幣1.2億,主項資質(zhì)為房建、市政施工總承包壹級,增項資質(zhì)涵蓋11項專業(yè)承包壹級、4項專業(yè)承包貳級和機(jī)電安裝工程施工總承包貳級、水利水電工程施工總承包叁級,另外還擁有特種專業(yè)工程(結(jié)構(gòu)補強、特殊設(shè)備的起重吊裝、特種防雷技術(shù))資質(zhì)。 眾所周知,建筑業(yè)本身受國家總體規(guī)劃、宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況及地域的影響很大。在國家宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)整體良好的態(tài)勢下,GC公司得到了飛躍性的發(fā)展。然而,作為一家已經(jīng)有著六十多年悠久歷史的老集體企業(yè),GC公司卻從來沒有制定過任何戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,面臨著越來越多的挑戰(zhàn)與問題,如：管理模式和手段落后,工程管理水平不高,技術(shù)開發(fā)能力不足,資金實力不強,等等。 本論文首先分析GC公司所處的宏觀環(huán)境,分析國內(nèi)外建筑業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢和GC公司所處的競爭環(huán)境,從而掌握外部環(huán)境賦予GC公司的機(jī)會與威脅；接著,分析GC公司的內(nèi)部條件,明確GC公司自身的優(yōu)勢與劣勢；緊跟著,對GC公司進(jìn)行SWOT分析,制定出GC公司包含總體戰(zhàn)略、競爭戰(zhàn)略在內(nèi)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略；最終,根據(jù)制定的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,結(jié)合GC公司的實際情況,提出其戰(zhàn)略實施與控制措施,并指出戰(zhàn)略實施的風(fēng)險及防范措施。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening - up , especially since joining WT0 , the overall development of our national economy has maintained a relatively fast pace . Since 2010 , China has become the world ' s second largest economy , which has played a more and more important role in the international political and economic structure .

GC Company is a collective enterprise with comprehensive construction qualifications such as building construction and municipal construction . The registered capital is RMB 120 million . The qualification of the main item is RMB 120 million . The qualification of the main item is Grade I of the general contracting of the municipal construction . The qualification of the increase shall cover Class I , Grade Two and Mechanical and Mechanical Installation Engineering Construction General Contracting Grade II of the Project , Grade III of the General Contracting for the Construction of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering , and the qualification of special professional engineering ( structural reinforcement , lifting and hoisting of special equipment , special lightning protection technology ) .

As is well known , the construction industry itself is influenced by the overall national planning , the macro - economic situation and the geography . In the overall well - being of the country ' s economy , the GC company has been booming . However , as an old collective enterprise already with a long history of more than 60 years , the GC company has never worked out any strategic planning , and faces more and more challenges and problems , such as : the management mode and the means are backward , the project management level is not high , the technical development capacity is insufficient , the financial strength is weak , and so on .

This paper first analyzes the macro - environment of GC company , analyzes the present situation , development trend and competitive environment of the construction industry at home and abroad , so as to grasp the opportunity and threat from the external environment to GC company ;
Secondly , it analyzes the internal conditions of GC , and makes clear the advantages and disadvantages of GC company itself .
Following , SWOT analysis of GC is carried out , and the development strategy , including overall strategy and competition strategy , is developed .
Finally , according to the development strategy developed , combined with the actual situation of GC , the strategy implementation and control measures are put forward , and the risk and preventive measures of the strategy implementation are pointed out .
