【摘要】：在20世紀(jì)六七十年代環(huán)境主義運動風(fēng)起云涌的潮流下,西方各國紛紛成立綠黨。1980年,聯(lián)邦德國綠黨誕生,隨后迅速崛起,僅用18年就從議會外運動黨發(fā)展成為全國執(zhí)政黨,并能持續(xù)在德國聯(lián)邦與地方層面保持較強影響力,堪稱全世界最成功的綠黨。同其他國家綠黨一樣,德國綠黨在實踐中也主打生態(tài)牌,以此區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)政黨爭取選民支持。但是,德國綠黨并不一味堅持理想主義的生態(tài)理念,而是根據(jù)實際情況,在生態(tài)主張的解釋以及生態(tài)政策的制定上不斷做出調(diào)整,使之能適應(yīng)國內(nèi)外形勢的變化。因此,自成立以來,德國綠黨能始終保持議會參政黨的地位,持續(xù)發(fā)揮綠色影響。本文以德國綠黨生態(tài)主張的演變?yōu)檠芯繉ο?主要分析其發(fā)展演變歷程、變化原因以及所產(chǎn)生的影響。 本文共分六個部分就德國綠黨生態(tài)主張演變與影響進行闡述分析。第一部分為序言,陳述選題理由、介紹國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有研究狀況以及所采用的研究方法。第二至第五部分為正文,分四章。第一章“德國綠黨生態(tài)主張概述”,介紹了綠黨的生態(tài)理念、參政歷程以及各時期生態(tài)主張的變化,是全文研究開展的基礎(chǔ)。第一章在回顧綠黨30多年參政簡史的同時,概括了其生態(tài)主張由理想主義到現(xiàn)實化演變的大過程。第二章“德國綠黨生態(tài)主張演變的原因分析”,從綠黨內(nèi)部不同派別爭論、綠黨自身角色轉(zhuǎn)變以及國內(nèi)國際形勢變化三個角度論述為何綠黨的生態(tài)主張不斷現(xiàn)實化。第三章“德國綠黨生態(tài)主張演變產(chǎn)生的影響”,選取德國政治、經(jīng)濟以及社會三個維度,分析其生態(tài)主張演變過程中所產(chǎn)生的積極影響與成果。第四章“德國綠黨生態(tài)主張演變的綜合評價”,分析了其生態(tài)理念與相關(guān)政策不斷演變過程中的積極意義與局限性。最后一部分為結(jié)語,對德國綠黨成立三十五年以來的歷程做了概括性評價,并就其未來發(fā)展前景做出預(yù)期。
[Abstract]:In the 1960s and 1970s, under the tide of the rising tide of the environmentalism movement, western countries one after another set up the Green Party. In 1980, the Federal Republic of Germany Green Party was born, and then it rose rapidly. In just 18 years, it developed from the Ex-parliamentary Movement Party to the ruling party of the whole country.The Greens are the most successful Greens in the world and continue to have a strong influence at the federal and local levels.Like the Greens in other countries, the Green Party of Germany also plays the ecological card in practice, which distinguishes itself from the traditional parties in winning the support of voters.However, the Green Party of Germany does not blindly adhere to the idealistic ecological concept, but according to the actual situation, the interpretation of ecological claims and the formulation of ecological policies are constantly adjusted so that they can adapt to the changes of the situation at home and abroad.Therefore, since its establishment, the Green Party of Germany has been able to maintain its position as a parliamentary party and to exert its green influence.This paper focuses on the evolution of the Green Party's ecological claims in Germany, and mainly analyzes the evolution process, the causes and the impact of the changes.This paper is divided into six parts to analyze the evolution and influence of the Green Party's ecological claims in Germany.The first part is the preface, describes the reasons for the topic, introduces the existing research situation at home and abroad and the research methods used.The second to fifth part is the text, which is divided into four chapters.The first chapter, "Overview of Green Party's ecological propositions", introduces the green party's ecological concept, the process of participating in politics and the changes of ecological propositions in various periods, which is the basis of the full text research.The first chapter reviews the history of Greens' participation in politics for more than 30 years, and summarizes the great process of its ecological proposition from idealism to reality.The second chapter is "Analysis of the reasons for the Evolution of the Green Party's Ecological Proposition", which discusses why the Green Party's ecological propositions are becoming more realistic from three angles: the argument among different factions within the Green Party, the change of the Green Party's own role and the changes of the domestic and international situation.The third chapter, "the influence of the evolution of the Green Party's ecological claims", selects the German political, economic and social dimensions to analyze the positive effects and achievements in the evolution of its ecological claims.Chapter four, "Comprehensive Evaluation of the Evolution of Green Party's Ecological Proposition in Germany", analyzes the positive significance and limitation of its ecological concept and related policies.The last part is the conclusion, which gives a general evaluation of the history of the Green Party in Germany since its founding 35 years ago, and makes an expectation of its future development prospects.
