濟(jì)南水務(wù)數(shù)字化供水系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以來(lái),信息化對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的影響深刻,全球信息化正在引發(fā)全球的深刻變革,重塑著世界政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化和軍事發(fā)展的新格局。城市供水作為一個(gè)流程化的過(guò)程,其業(yè)務(wù)相對(duì)復(fù)雜,包括了生產(chǎn)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、辦公等多個(gè)方面。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,用戶對(duì)供水企業(yè)的要求越來(lái)越高,供水企業(yè)更要以為社會(huì)服務(wù)、提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量、提高服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為目標(biāo)。正確的信息化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的前提和基礎(chǔ)。目前,供水企業(yè)正在由生產(chǎn)管理型企業(yè)向經(jīng)營(yíng)服務(wù)型企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變。信息化建設(shè)作為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的必要手段,已成為供水行業(yè)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),供水企業(yè)所關(guān)心的水質(zhì)、水量、服務(wù)無(wú)一不需要信息化支持,廣泛利用現(xiàn)代信息化技術(shù),將在很大程度上提升企業(yè)的價(jià)值和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 濟(jì)南水務(wù)集團(tuán)目前已擁有包括管網(wǎng)地理信息系統(tǒng)、SCADA調(diào)度系統(tǒng)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)系統(tǒng)、報(bào)裝系統(tǒng)、客服系統(tǒng)等系統(tǒng),各系統(tǒng)間實(shí)現(xiàn)了一些業(yè)務(wù)間的相互聯(lián)系。但由于企業(yè)現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)建成時(shí)間各異,數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)類(lèi)型與操作系統(tǒng)也不盡相同,同時(shí)隨著各種新的業(yè)務(wù)需求的不斷產(chǎn)生,雖然企業(yè)內(nèi)部已經(jīng)進(jìn)行了一些系統(tǒng)間的整合升級(jí),但還是不能夠滿足水務(wù)集團(tuán)業(yè)務(wù)需要。加之近幾年政府主管部門(mén)數(shù)字化市政建設(shè)需求,急需進(jìn)行信息系統(tǒng)的整合及升級(jí)。 本文結(jié)合濟(jì)南水務(wù)集團(tuán)現(xiàn)有信息系統(tǒng)情況,進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的需求分析,探討了濟(jì)南水務(wù)集團(tuán)數(shù)字化供水建設(shè)的方向、目標(biāo),提出了規(guī)劃建設(shè)方案。從系統(tǒng)選擇、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)到生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)服務(wù)、綜合管理等各個(gè)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)目標(biāo)及功能以及完成數(shù)字化供水所需要的配套設(shè)施等方面詳細(xì)介紹了濟(jì)南水務(wù)數(shù)字化供水系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施實(shí)現(xiàn)了各供水業(yè)務(wù)的一體化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,全面提高了企業(yè)的信息化水平,勢(shì)必提高供水企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)、運(yùn)營(yíng)及服務(wù)水平,提升供水保障能力及服務(wù)水平。
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21st century, informatization has a profound impact on the economic and social development. Global informatization is causing profound changes in the world, reshaping the new pattern of world politics, economy, society, culture and military development.Urban water supply as a process, its business is relatively complex, including production, marketing, office and other aspects.With the development of society, the demand for water supply enterprises is more and more high, and water supply enterprises should aim at social service, improving service quality and improving service standard.Correct information development strategy is the premise and foundation of enterprise sustainable development.At present, water supply enterprises are changing from production management enterprises to service enterprises.Information construction, as a necessary means for modern enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness, has become the focus of attention in the water supply industry. The water quality, quantity and service concerned by water supply enterprises all need the support of information technology, so modern information technology is widely used.Will greatly enhance the value and core competitiveness of enterprises.At present, Jinan Water Group has some systems, such as SCADA dispatching system, marketing system, report system, customer service system and so on, which are connected with each other.However, due to the different time of establishment of the existing system, the database type and the operating system are different. At the same time, with the continuous emergence of various new business requirements, although some systems have been integrated and upgraded within the enterprise,But still can not meet the business needs of water groups.In addition, the government departments in charge of digital municipal construction demand in recent years, the urgent need for integration and upgrading of information systems.Based on the existing information system of Jinan Water Group, this paper makes a detailed demand analysis, probes into the direction and goal of the digital water supply construction of Jinan Water Group, and puts forward the plan and construction scheme.From the aspects of system selection, key technology, production and operation, marketing service, comprehensive management and other aspects of the construction objectives and functions of the system, as well as the necessary facilities needed to complete the digital water supply, the paper introduces the Jinan water digital water supply system in detail.The implementation of the system realizes the integration and standardization of the water supply business, improves the information level of the enterprise in an all-round way, and is bound to improve the production, operation and service level of the water supply enterprise, as well as the ability and service level of the water supply guarantee.
