【摘要】：隨著改革開放深入和城市化進(jìn)程加快,越來越多的少數(shù)民族人口進(jìn)入城市。城市多民族化、文化多元化日趨明顯。在城市,各民族之間的交往互動(dòng)越加頻繁,促進(jìn)了各民族間的相互接觸和了解,但也不可避免地出現(xiàn)一些矛盾摩擦,使得城市民族關(guān)系變得復(fù)雜多樣。面對城市中不同民族、不同文化間的碰撞,努力構(gòu)建和諧城市民族關(guān)系,鞏固和完善平等、團(tuán)結(jié)、互助、和諧的社會(huì)主義民族關(guān)系,不僅有利于城市的良性運(yùn)行,而且有助于各民族的繁榮昌盛以及積極促進(jìn)56個(gè)民族團(tuán)結(jié)進(jìn)步事業(yè)的發(fā)展。北京市是全國政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化中心,56個(gè)民族匯集于此,各民族間交往空前頻繁,為促進(jìn)民族關(guān)系發(fā)展帶來了機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也面臨挑戰(zhàn)。北京市民族關(guān)系發(fā)展對周邊地區(qū)以及內(nèi)地與邊疆的民族關(guān)系發(fā)展有著巨大的輻射力,直接影響著北京市、周邊地區(qū)乃至全國的政治穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、文化繁榮。因此,探究北京市民族關(guān)系發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,構(gòu)建北京市和諧民族關(guān)系,不僅為北京及全國社會(huì)穩(wěn)定奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),而且為其他城市構(gòu)建和諧民族關(guān)系提供示范,以促進(jìn)各民族和睦相處、和衷共濟(jì)、和諧發(fā)展。本文以北京市為主,通過文獻(xiàn)研究與個(gè)案研究,比較全面系統(tǒng)地闡述北京市民族人口現(xiàn)狀、民族關(guān)系發(fā)展特點(diǎn)、民族關(guān)系問題的主要表現(xiàn)及其影響因素,提出構(gòu)建和諧民族關(guān)系的對策建議,為城市“大熔爐”中,構(gòu)建“你中有我、我中有你”的和諧民族關(guān)系做些貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up and the acceleration of urbanization, more and more ethnic minorities have entered the city. It promotes contact and understanding among different ethnic groups, but it also inevitably leads to some contradictions and frictions, which make the inter-ethnic relations in cities more complicated and diverse. In the face of the collision between different peoples and cultures in cities, Efforts to build harmonious urban ethnic relations and consolidate and improve the socialist ethnic relations of equality, unity, mutual assistance and harmony are not only conducive to the healthy operation of the city, Beijing is the political, economic and cultural center of the whole country, and 56 ethnic groups gather here, and exchanges among them are unprecedented. In order to promote the development of ethnic relations, the development of ethnic relations in Beijing has brought opportunities as well as challenges. The development of ethnic relations in Beijing has a tremendous radiation power on the surrounding areas, as well as the development of ethnic relations between the interior and the border areas, which has a direct impact on Beijing. The political stability, economic development and cultural prosperity of the surrounding areas and even the whole country. Therefore, exploring the current situation of the development of ethnic relations in Beijing and building a harmonious ethnic relationship in Beijing will not only lay a solid foundation for social stability in Beijing and the whole country, And to provide a demonstration for other cities to build harmonious national relations, in order to promote the harmonious coexistence, harmony and harmonious development of all ethnic groups. This paper mainly focuses on Beijing, through literature research and case studies, This paper comprehensively and systematically expounds the present situation of the ethnic population in Beijing, the characteristics of the development of the ethnic relations, the main manifestations of the problems of the ethnic relations and their influencing factors, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the harmonious national relations, which are in the "melting pot" of the city.
