【摘要】:1949—1959年內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)的掃盲運(yùn)動(dòng),是一場(chǎng)持續(xù)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、范圍廣、規(guī)模大、參與人數(shù)眾多、聲勢(shì)浩大的的群眾性文化運(yùn)動(dòng)。它是在全國(guó)掃盲運(yùn)動(dòng)的大背景下開(kāi)展起來(lái)的,基本上保持了與全國(guó)掃盲運(yùn)動(dòng)的一致速度。本文利用內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)檔案館的大量檔案資料,對(duì)1949—1959年內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)的掃盲運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行了初步研究。全文共分為四個(gè)部分,首先論述了1949—1959年內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)開(kāi)展掃盲運(yùn)動(dòng)的歷史背景:內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要,內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)文化教育建設(shè)的需要,人民群眾迫切學(xué)習(xí)文化的主觀需求。其次概述了1949—1959年內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)掃盲運(yùn)動(dòng)的進(jìn)程,共經(jīng)歷了三個(gè)階段:掃盲運(yùn)動(dòng)初步展開(kāi)階段(1949—1952年)、掃盲運(yùn)動(dòng)大力發(fā)展階段(1953—1957年)、掃盲運(yùn)動(dòng)到達(dá)高潮階段(1958—1959年)。再次對(duì)農(nóng)牧民、職工和干部這三大群體的掃盲情況分別進(jìn)行了具體介紹。最后分析總結(jié)了內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)掃盲運(yùn)動(dòng)的成就、經(jīng)驗(yàn)及不足?傮w上我們對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)的掃盲運(yùn)動(dòng)應(yīng)該作出中肯的評(píng)價(jià),在肯定其積極方面的同時(shí),更重要的是認(rèn)真總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、吸取教訓(xùn),做到以史為鑒,從而為今后的教育工作提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The literacy campaign in Inner Mongolia from 1949 to 1959 was a mass cultural movement with a long duration, a wide range, a large scale, a large number of participants and a great deal of momentum. It was launched in the context of the national literacy campaign. Basically keeping the same speed as the national literacy campaign, this paper makes a preliminary study of the literacy movement in Inner Mongolia from 1949 to 1959 by using a large number of archival materials from the Archives of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. The full text is divided into four parts. First of all, it discusses the historical background of the literacy movement in Inner Mongolia from 1949 to 1959: the needs of political and economic development in Inner Mongolia, the needs of cultural and educational construction in Inner Mongolia. The subjective needs of the masses to study culture urgently. Secondly, the process of the literacy campaign in Inner Mongolia from 1949 to 1959 was outlined. It has gone through three stages: the initial stage of the literacy campaign, the period 1949-1952, the vigorous development stage of the literacy movement, the period 1953-1957, the culmination of the literacy campaign, and the period 1958-1959. Once again, farmers and herdsmen, The literacy situation of the three major groups of workers and cadres is introduced in detail. Finally, the achievements, experiences and shortcomings of the literacy campaign in Inner Mongolia are analyzed and summarized. In general, we should make a fair assessment of the literacy campaign in Inner Mongolia. While affirming its positive aspects, it is more important to sum up experience, draw lessons and learn from history, so as to provide reference for future education work.
