【摘要】：養(yǎng)老模式與社會(huì)類型和社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)密切相關(guān)。從社會(huì)類型看,居家養(yǎng)老是機(jī)械團(tuán)結(jié)型社會(huì)的核心乃至唯一養(yǎng)老模式,而社會(huì)養(yǎng)老是分工協(xié)作型社會(huì)家庭保障功能外移的結(jié)果。養(yǎng)老社會(huì)化進(jìn)程與工業(yè)化進(jìn)程總體上是正向相關(guān)關(guān)系,即工業(yè)化程度越高,養(yǎng)老社會(huì)化的程度越高;工業(yè)化程度越低,養(yǎng)老社會(huì)化的程度越低。從社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)看,社會(huì)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的需求與供給存在顯著的社會(huì)分層差異,如貧富差異、區(qū)域差異和城鄉(xiāng)差距等。這些差異是不同社會(huì)分層生存需求層次差別、政治話語(yǔ)權(quán)差異及其利益博弈的結(jié)果,并經(jīng)由國(guó)家福利政策將其制度化。養(yǎng)老社會(huì)化的社會(huì)類型和社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)分析的意義在于:特定國(guó)家的養(yǎng)老社會(huì)化進(jìn)程應(yīng)與其政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化和社會(huì)條件相適應(yīng),以期獲得堅(jiān)實(shí)的道德支撐和制度保障。
[Abstract]:The pension model is closely related to the social type and social structure. From the perspective of social type, home pension is the core and even the only pension model of mechanical solidarity society. The social pension is the result of the shift of the family security function of the division of labor and cooperation. The process of the socialization of the aged and the process of industrialization are positively correlated in general, that is, the higher the degree of industrialization, the higher the degree of socialization of the aged, the lower the degree of industrialization, the lower the degree of industrialization. From the social structure, there are significant social stratification differences between the demand and supply of social pension services, such as the gap between the rich and the poor. These differences are the result of different social stratified survival needs, political discourse rights and their interests. The significance of the analysis of the social types and social structure of the socialization of the aged lies in that the process of the socialization of the aged in a given country should be adapted to its political, economic, cultural and social conditions. In order to obtain solid moral support and institutional protection.
